And so I woke

Peeling my eyes open I took a quick, sharp breath. This was not the rough splintering feeling of concrete digging into her back- it was the caress of soft,shimmering,black linen sheets. Alerting my senses I snapped my eyes open, the action it seemed took a toll on my head as a vicious pounding started but as time went on the constant pounding got louder. Louder. Louder.

A voice broke through the incessant pounding, soothing it to a dull ache.

"How's your head?"

looking up my eyes squinted in curiosity I gasped as I made out the outline of sheer sunglasses. Silence. You should've answered his question at least then he wouldn't be staring intensely at you waiting for an answer.

"Eyes hold the window to the soul you know"
widening your eyes you stumbled to defend the absurd question that had bubbled from your mind in a frenzy to demolish the silence.

"You k-know because you c-cover your eyes with glasses s-so..."

You trailed off daring a glance in his one visible vilot eye.

"Maybe I don't want you to look into my soul because then you might not like what you see"

The response shocked you but you dernt admit it.

What was that bad about himself that he didn't want to tell me?

Biting the soft tender flesh of your inside cheek you gave him a fleeting glance ,looked at the sheets and then mumbled out,

"So what was that about last night?"

"What?"

"You know.."

"No"

"Yes"

"Wait you mean this?"

Jolly with a face filled with bemusement grabbed the collar of your uniform and pulled you close rubbing your noses together as a warm sensual feeling bloomed from where skin toughed skin.

You let out a delicate purr leaning into his tough yearning for you to be closer to him. Stop. Pulling back a blush dusting your cheeks you made a dash for the door pulling the golden smooth handle. Opening with a slam you disregarded the light airy laugh that the perpetrator emitted.

Slamming into abody and toppling to the ground.
