Chapter 6 - Are You Ready

He looked at me, "Are you ready?", he asked.

I slowly nodded. Wait, why am I letting this guy stab me in the arm with a needle....

I squinted as he inserted the needle into my arm. Please don't kill me... It hurts...

"Are you alright? I'm all done", he smirked as he put a bandage over my arm.

"I'm chill... everything is chill...no worries.." , I tried to convince myself.

He laughed at my worried face.

"Stay here, okay princess?", he grinned.

He got out of the van and slowly shut the door. I tried to get up to look out the window but my head was still in pain. I could only see a little bit of the outside.

"Jungkook...", I whispered when I saw his head.

Bang was pushing him harshly and yelling.

What is he saying?!? How do I get out of here???

Two guys came up and grabbed Jungkook by the arm, they were holding him back. Daehyun and someone else came up to him and started punching him. They kicked and punched him in his stomach and face. He was screaming in pain.

"AAAAAGGGGGGHHHHH!!", he shouted.

Oh no! Why are they being so harsh!?!? Is Hope okay? Where are the others?!?!?!?!?I want to help him...

"How do I get out of this thing...??"

I tried to open the door closest to me but, of course, it was locked. I went to the other side and grabbed the door handle.

If I go my body will be on fire.... is it worth it?

" Yes... it's worth it..", I grunted as I pulled open the door.

I ran out and quietly shut the door. I didn't hear anyone coming or paying any attention to the van door opening.

How did no one hear me?? What do I do now?!

I squated down and started to move to the other side where Jungkook was getting beaten. I could see Bang and Kookie.

Why is there so much open space! I have no where to hide....

I slowly moved closer to the event, and it was brutal.
Jungkook look so broken and tired as they continuously  beat him.

I have to help... when......   NOW!

I charged toward Bang and his tall sidekick that was helping him beat the crap out of Kookie. I managed to get Bang on the ground as I kept screaming and swinging at the area around me with all my might.

Sadly I didn't keep it up, as I felt my body giving out. Someone grabbed me from behind and held against them.

"N-No.... I can't...... I n-need to help...", I stuttered with tears running down my face.

"It's okay Jazzy, you did good....", a voice whispered as they kissed my forehead.l,"... you did good".
