IT WAS TUESDAY AFTERNOON—November 2nd, and Sophia and Elijah had just got back home from their monthly doctors appointment. Because she was in her twentieth week, which was the start of her fifth month mark, she only had to visit her Obstetrician once every month. Yet, once she reached week twenty eight, those visits would move up to every two weeks.

This appointment went by okay, her doctor advised her that the baby was doing great and growing really well. Sophia's appetite had gotten better, so therefore the baby was getting all of the nutrients it needed on time. However, they weren't able to find out the gender because the little one refused to open their legs. After five attempts and fifteen minutes of moving and shaking Sophia's belly, the couple just waved it off and said that they would wait until the next appointment to find out. Sophia was getting bigger by the day, and because she was flagged high risk, their Doctor made it clear that'd it be best for her to be living in the same home as Elijah. That being because anything could happen, and not having a helping hand around wouldn't work out in anyone's favor.
