Astoria is sorted into Gryffindor her first year, befriending the trio, Harry James Potter, Hermione Jean Granger, and Ronald Bilius Weasley. Her parents were obliviated to leave the country when she was young. Leaving Nymphadora Tonks to take her in as her own.
