Spring Is Here, But So Is A Problem

"It's almost spring break Rose. Yasmin and Celeste and I all get to come to your house for spring break. And you know what we also get to do? See all your insane family members. Like remember the time your cousin James did that thing with the bottle and the Fire whiskey and he-"

"That's enough Marianna. We need to just... Forget about that. Forever." I say.

"Okay, but we leave tomorrow. Also, doesn't your brother Hugo have a girlfriend? Isn't that hilarious?" Marianna smiles at me.

"Wait who is it?" Yasmin asks.

"Are we really talking about my fifteen year old brothers love life? He's practically still a baby." I roll my eyes.

"Yes, I want to know about it. Make Celeste tell us. She always knows all the everything that goes on here." Yasmin nudged me with her elbow, making me give in.

"Okay, fine. Celeste can tell you." I sigh.

"What makes you think I know? Okay.... Fine I do." Celeste gives in after seeing the look we give her.

"So he's going out with that Ravenclaw Jackie Viola right now. Nobody saw that coming. Every thought he and his best friend Lilia would get together. She's the Hufflepuff that has blonde hair. She's a Muggle born. Anyway, we have to wait and see how that goes." Celeste finishes with an annoyed flourish. She really dislikes Jackie Viola, who's a sixth year. She also really likes fifth year Lilia Jean.

"Okay, there we go. Also by the way, Lilia is going with Chris Field from Gryffindor. He's a sixth year." I say. "Now that's the end of that conversation. Come on, we need to get to breakfast."

I walk with my friends, sitting down at the Gryffindor table. Everyone is staring at me and whispering.

"What's going on?" Celeste asks me.

"I have no idea." I say, confused as well as nervous. People don't know about my pregnancy, do they?

"Oh my god, Rose. We have to go. Now." Lily urges me, pulling me out of my seat. I see Hugo, Albus, and Scorpius all get up from their seats and follow.

"What? What's going on Lily?" I ask when we get into the hall.

"Rose, somebody found out about you being pregnant. Everyone knows. Everyone." Lily says in a low voice.

"No way. No damn way." Celeste whispers.

"Yes. What are we going to do Rose? Are you going to confirm it? I can spread it for you that yes, you are pregnant. People are going to ask. Rose I'm so sorry I can't believe this happened. Ugh, this is horrible. Rose-"

"Lily calm down. People were going to find out eventually. I guess if people ask I'll just have to tell them the truth." I say way more calmly than I feel.

"Okay... Good luck then, I guess. Also, your owl brought something for you. I was in your room searching for your green headband. I couldn't find it though..."

Lily goes off down the hall, and I head up to find out what I could possibly have received.
