Chapter 8

We sat on the bed, he was next to me. It was awkward. I began to feel something for him. More than just friendship. I didn't liked it, but I couldn't stop it. Should I say it or not?

'Drew?' I said silently. He didn't heard so I immediately gave up. He stood up and I looked at him.

'I think it's time for me to leave.' 

'Yeah... Probably. Thanks for this room.'

'No problem.' He went to the door when he suddenly turned around, took breath to say something, but let it go and went outside. I stared at the door. It's not a good idea to say it, I think. I need Megan! She's a girl too so I can ask her about this situation. I'll ask her tomorrow. 

Being alone in my room is pretty boring.  I looked at the clock on my nightstand. It says 7p.m. . When are we going to eat? I'm getting hungry. Drew only left 10 minutes ago when someone knocked on my door. I looked at the door while I was lying down on the bed. It was very soft.

'Come in.' I said and sat up. Lise came in and looked at me.

'The dinner is ready, are you coming? Or should we bring it here?'

'Oh no, I'll come. I don't like to be alone whole the time.' I said with a little smile.

'Okay. We'll wait for you downstairs.' She said and I nodded.

When she left my room I opened my baggage, took my slippers, putted them on and left the room. A delicious smell came in my nose. I have no idea what it is, but it smelled good. We ate peacefully and in silent. After that, I helped with the dished even if they didn't want that. When we were done, Drew and I went for a walk. We were out until it became dark. It was romantic. We were together under the stars and it was full moon! We said nothing for a long. We both were thinking. I was thinking about us. What will happen if I say I have feelings for him? Will everything be over? Our friendship? Or does he feels the same about me? I'll just wait and ask Megan. She's the boy expert.

When we were home at 11p.m. I went to my room to sleep. School starts at 8 a.m. . That means I should wake up at 7 p.m. so I can make myself ready before Drew brings us.

I slapped my alarm clock as soon as it started beeping. I sighed. Right it's school today. Ugh, I'm too tired. Someone knocked on my door.

'Ali, wake up please.' A low man voice said behind the door. It reminds me of Drew, but it sounded lower.

'Yeah.' I said and throw off the blankets and stood up. I looked around the room and took my cloths. A shower always wakes me up in the morning. After that I putted on my cloths and went downstairs, took two apples. One for school and one as breakfast.

'Drew, I'm ready.' 

'Okay, coming.' He said and took an apple for school too. He went to the door and opened the car. It wasn't as far as I thought. In less then 15 minutes he stopped at parking of out school. 

'Thanks.' Is all I said.

'No problem.' We stepped out of the car and I saw Megan coming to me.

'Heeeey Alicia!' She said and gave me a hug. Since when does she gives hugs? Oh who cares, I'm happy to see her. Even when we aren't so close, I still like her. 

'Hey. I've so much to tell you!' 

'Well, spit it out girl!'

'Not here.' I said and looked around. 'Wait for me after school.'
