Friendship (BTS X Lisa)

Chapter 2

"Anyways, hello sunbaes," Lisa bowed to the rest of the members. They automatically bowed back. They also congratulated her for making the speech when she was the maknae.

"Eh, it was nothing," Lisa laughed again.

"Mianhe Lisa, my members are calling me. I'll call you later," Bambam said looking at his phone.

"Okay, see ya," they parted with one last hug.

"So~ Lisa, how does it feel to join the giants on the big stage?" Jimin threw his arm over Lisa's shoulders.

"Giants? Where? " Lisa tip toed to look over Jimin's head because the height difference is only three inches between them.

"Ohhh, burn!" J-Hope commented with a little too much enthusiasm. Lisa laughed along anyway. However, she turned to see Suga's fist pointing in her direction. Realizing what he was doing, she smirked and connected her fist with his.

The members watched the interaction in amusement and stared at Lisa, fully taking in her appearance.

"Yah! I'm your oppa, you know," Jimin finally broke out.

"I know, I know. Don't be mad," she patted Jimin's head in hopes of calming down and what do you know, it does.

"So, how long have you kept in touch with our Jimin?" Jin asked.

"What, he didn't tell you sunbaes? We've kept in touch ever since Gayo Daejun. We meet up sometimes with other idols for lunch, too."

Surprised with the new information, they looked at Jimin with questioning stares.

"Why didn't you tell us this, hyung?" a curious Kookie asked.

"Wae? We don't usually talk about our friends, so I thought it didn't matter."

"But you know how much I like Blackpink, Jimin-ah!" Taehyung whined while jumping up and down.

Amused, Lisa started to laugh out loud and all the members turned towards her. They stared at her for awhile, then laughed along with her.

Then, out of no where Namjoon asked, "So, for real, how does it feel to not only perform here for the first time, but win Album of the Year? It seems you handled it so well, Lisa-ssi."

"Please drop the formalities with me, sunbae," she requested with a smile. She continued, "Um, I'm just ecstatic, honestly. I honestly wanted to cry, too, but my unnies seemed to be in the moment and I just wanted to return their kindness by being strong for them. Also, being on this stage-" she broke off for a while when her voice trembled, holding back her tears.

The rest of the members gave their full attention to her, being patient, so she could continue.

After composing herself, she continued, "Being on this stage, ever since I was a trainee, was a dream of mine. For those five years in training, I always wondered when we would ever get to be on a stage like that. I thought we would get the opportunity after we debuted, but the issue between my company and Mnet prohibited us from reaching our dream. So, after we finished last year's album, we knew that we had to do something. And look what happened. We made it."

She looked up with wet eyes, but no tears were shed.

BTS looked at her in amazement. This girl went through many hardships, starting with the language barriers, but she pushed through for her dreams.

Jimin was the first one who stepped up to hug her. Shocked for a second, Lisa relaxed in his arms and hugged back, finally letting some tears out. Soon, she felt other arms wrap around her. She realized that all seven members were surrounding her.

"Lisa-yah, you should be proud of yourself, but you shouldn't hold your tears in. We know that you don't want to worry your unnies, but keeping it in isn't healthy," Jin was the first one to speak up.

"Yah Lisa, who told you, you had to hide so much from your oppa?" Jimin added in with a joke.

With that, Lisa's sadness turned into joy with that little statement. After a few moments, they all pulled away to see a beautiful smile placed on Lisa's face.

"Thank you sunbaes," Lisa bowed. Her phone went off.

"Yeoboseyo?"

"Ne"

"Ne"

"I got it. I'll be there."

"That was my manager. I have to leave now. Thank you so much for comforting me sunbaes," she bowed once more, getting ready to leave.

"Lisa-yah, you know you can come to us if you feel down again, right?" everyone was surprised that Suga said that.

Suga, more than anyone, knew how hard it was to reach your dreams after many hardships.

"I'll keep that in mind. I'll contact Jimin oppa if it ever comes to that. Thank you, sunbae. I'll take my leave now," she bows one more time with a huge smile.

The seven members looked at her retreating figure in amazement.

"She's so pure, isn't she?" the leader commented.

The rest agreed.

"Jimin-ah, make sure to tell us if she needs someone, okay?"

After that statement came out of Suga's mouth, everyone knew that Lisa was going to be someone special to them.
