"W-what?"

"I can't remember what happened to me.." Jihoon said that confused me as heck.

"All I remember is that... I'm inside a car and then I heard a loud noise before everything went black.."

"When I woke up, I found my mom and dad crying. I asked them what's wrong but it seems like they can't see me, a doctor came saying I'm in a coma which confused me since I'm there... standing right beside them.."

"Until they entered the ICU... I don't want to follow them at first but in the end I gave up, and there... I saw myself, unconscious. I can't believed it at all."

"Everyday... they kept on visiting me, there's no days my mom didn't cry... I want to hug her, comfort her but I can't... I tried going back in my body but it won't work..."

"I almost give up... but Soji came... and helped me find a way until she brought me... to you." He finished, looking at me.

"So that means... I'm the way you need for you to return in your body?" I asked which he answered with a nod.

I stopped for a while, stared at the ground. Of all people.. why me? Why did his cat---Soji chose me to help him?

Am I somehow involved in his accident back then?

Days passed, Jihoon and I were still finding clues that could help on his case but not much luck at all.

"Ji!!! We've been walking for---"

"Umm, you're the only one walking and lower down your voice. You're the only one who can see me you know!" He cutted me but I didn't care and just rolled my eyes.

"Where the heck are we anyway?" I frustratingly messed my hair.

"If this isn't for your problem, I'll probably just leave you alone here!" I blurted out which I regretted immediately.

"I-I'm sorry... It's not---" he cutted me.

"No, I should be the who's sorry.."

"J-Ji..."

"Sorry for involving you... if you want... you can still back out from this, I-I won't stop you..." I could see how tears well up in his eyes.

"J-Ji.. it's not like that..." I tried to explain but he just shook his head.

"It's okay... let's... let's just go back. You're probably tired from all this walking anyway..." he said, head low.

Guilt rush in my head, how could you say those words in front of him, Soonyoung? Such a pabo!

I worriedly looked at Jihoon who's a bit ahead of me.

'If this isn't for your problem, I'll probably just leave you alone here!'

His words keep on ringing in my head and I can't help but to feel down...

Did he mean all of those? If yes, then I guess... he's doing all of this out of pity...

And I don't want that...

My thoughts were cutted when I heard from a commuter that there's a car accident ahead of us, creating a traffic jam.

Soonyoung stood up and didn't even bother to look at me.

He paid for his fare before heading out of the bus and just decided to walk home.

I followed him when something caught my attention.

"Please! Help my son!"
"We will do our best, Ma'am. But please, stay away from the area."

I just stared at them until images started to flash in my mind.

Crying. Screams. A loud crashing sound was heard.

*wee woo wee woo wee woo*

"Jihoon!"
"Jihoon, please.. don't give up! Don't leave us yet!"

"Mom.. dad.."

I felt a tear fell from my eye upon remembering those.

If I'm not mistaken.. they were part of my accident...

But I still need more...

I return my glance at Soonyoung who doesn't even care of me not following him at all.

I let out a sigh and let my tears fall.

'I guess... I'm alone again..'
