Song: I Will Show You - Ailee

"Guys! Wake up!"

"Mmmmmmmph," Aaron groaned.

"Shut the fuck up," I hissed, trying to go back to sleep. I wish gods were real so Hypnos could put me to sleep.

Garroth's grip on my waist tightened as he mumbled, "Five more hours."

"Have you guys seen Kim?"

"We just woke up..." Aaron muttered.

I groaned and rolled over on my side, somehow escaping Garroth: the human koala. "Wasn't Kim with you?" Garroth asked making grabby arms to me. I rolled my eyes and took his pillow instead to cover my head.

"She was last night when I went to sleep," Lucinda said, "but I woke up and she was gone."

"That doesn't sound like Kim," Garroth muttered. "...at all! We've got to find her!"

"Do you know if she sleep walks or something?" Aaron asked drowsily.

"Maybe she had to go to the bathroom, or something," Lucinda suggested.

"N/n, get up! Help me look!"

Garroth ripped the blanket off of me, which was very unlike him. Usually he, and everyone else for that matter, were terrified of disturbing my sleep. I'm very lazy and violent.

"Kim! Kim! Kimmy-Kim!" He grabbed my arm and pulled me up, running in a random direction. Three seconds later Garroth pulled me back into the fireplace area, back to Aaron and Lucinda. "She's not in the bathroom!"

"Maybe she got lost coming back... this place is huge, and it has plenty of places to get lost in," Lucinda mumbled, tugging at her somehow still flawless orange hair.

"Alright," said Aaron, "lets split up and search around the main hall. If none of us find her, we'll regroup and search the other places. Okay, let's go."

I rubbed at my eyes and stumbled in a random direction, everyone else doing the same.

"Anything?" Garroth asked hopefully.

"I didn't see her," I mumbled, still very drowsy.

"I didn't either," Aaron sighed.

"Same here."

"Where could she have gone?" Garroth asked, a frown appearing on her face.

"Well, we've searched everywhere we've been. Now we have to search where we haven't been." With that being said, Aaron lead us up the stairs, and we were met with a dark and creepy hallway. I was about to go down it, when someone else beat me to it.

"I'm coming Kim! yeeeeeEEEEEEEEEEEEEAAAAHHHHH!" He charged into a dark hallway at full speed.

"Ugh -- Garroth!"

I sighed and ditched Lucinda and Aaron to start searching on my own. The faster we find Kim, the faster I can go back to sleep. Hopefully.

Door after door, hallway after hallway, and I still haven't found her. God damnit.

Suddenly, a wave of exhaustion passed over me. I leaned against the wall and tried to regain my breath, but it felt like I just ran three miles.

Sliding down the wall and trying to catch my breath, I felt my heart pound a lot faster than normal.

I just felt so weak all of a sudden.

Then, a car screeched, and I heard a very familiar voice screech, "OUT OF MY WAY! I NEED THE RESTROOM! GET OUT OF MY WAY!"

Zane ran down the hall and tripped over my legs before I could move out of the way. "OW! What the --! ...Y/n?! Are you okay?"

"Yeah," I told him, "I'm fine. Just out of breath. Restroom's over there."

"THANK YOU!" He yelled and ran in the direction I was pointing.

"Kim?!"

I looked up at the sound of Zane's confused scream. Lucinda, Aaron, and Aphmau (Great. Like I said, she annoys me.) passed me and headed straight for the room, not noticing me. "What's going on -- KIM!"

I hoisted myself up and went looking for Garroth since they found her.

I walked around aimlessly through the dusty resort, looking for my idiot of a best friend. And when I did, I burst out laughing.

He's the king of mice now.
