JEFF THE KILLER'S POV:

My heart skipped a few beats as I saw the gun pointed right at me.

I slowly moved my head towards my knife which rested an inch or two away from me.

"Don't you dare move!" The man shouted, jerking the gun sideways slightly.

He quickly got it aimed back on me though.

I tensed and held my hand still against my side.

Emma glanced towards her dad then towards the intruder.

She was torn between two things. If this man got shot...would she feel bad? She didn't know why...but she did feel bad.

I glance towards the girl then towards the man.

They looked sorta the same. They had the same eyes.

I decided that he was her father.

Her father cocked the gun and took aim.

I quickly took action. I leapt up and grabbed my knife and lunged.

Luckily her father was taken by surprises do fell over.

I took advantage and pinned him down. I raised my knife high over my head.

Emma's eyes went wide but she was frozen with fear.

She stared at them both in shock.

I slammed the knife down onto her fathers chest.

He gasped and his eyes went wide.

He only struggled for a little before he went still but even then I kept slamming my knife down.

Emma screamed and cried at the same time "daddy!!!"

She was torn between her fathers life or her relief that he wasn't there to beat her anymore.

I paused my stabbing, my heart slightly broken from her cries.

I slowly stand up and glance at her "I'm...I...he aimed at me first!"

"That doesn't mean you...you kill him!" Emma screamed.

I tensed and gripped my knife.

I stood and ran out the door and down the stairs.

There was a women there, must have been her mother, on the couch but she was passed out.

I rushed out the house, Emma's cries echoing through the dark, empty streets as I vanished into the forest.
