Hi, my name is Nikki. I'm 16 years old and I guess you could say I love One Direction, but I can explain. Well first, I'm Zayn's stepsister, so I guess you could understand. Well, moving on. I just got out of a pretty serious relationship with a guy named Luke. He was a total jerk, which is why we ended up leaving each other. I go to London High School along with my best friend Zoey, and my other best friend Lennox. They're both in Year 11 with me.
I'm going to start by saying that I miss Zayn very much. His family adopted me about a year ago. At first I was nervous to leave the foster home, but our family is really nice and really warm to newcomers. So, Zayn has been on tour with the guys for about 6 months and is expected to come home today, which I'm extremely excited about. It's only been a year, but we've grown so close since then.
Oh, did I mention that I have another close friend? Well, I don't know his name, but he's my pen pal. We've been writing ever since the tour started. Alright alright, I know what you're thinking. She's writing a stranger! OH MY GOD! Well, no. He's not like that. He actually lives near us, right here in London, but we've never met face to face. He's 2 years older than me and is graduating high school next year. He didn't get held back, he's just homeschooled. His mother let him take a year off from school when he was in Year 8.
I heard something downstairs, "I'M HOMMMEEE!," a familiar voice screamed. I darted downstairs to see no one other than Zayn Malik, my stepbrother. No words could describe how happy I was to see him. I jumped into his arms and hugged him so tight, I think he stopped breathing for a second or two. He got home just in time, because I was just about to leave for school, sadly.
"Alright, I'll pick you up with the guys and we're taking you somewhere!," he screamed as I went outside to wait for the bus. Zoey and Lennox snuck up behind me. "Hey loser, how's the brothaaa?," Lennox chirped. We all called each other losers, because that's what we were, apparently. "He's fantastic! We just shared the most amazing hug and I missed him soooo much," I said, smiling. Zoey blushed, she had a MAJOR crush on Zayn.
"Oh, chillax, Zo. He missed you too," I smirked. She pushed me playfully, almost knocking me over. "Not! Cool!" We all laughed until the bus came. Then we were on our way to school, yippee. On our way in, I saw a familiar face.
"Harry?? I thought you were home! At least that's what Zayn said," I said, hugging him. "Nope! Wanted to see you first," he said, smiling. Harry and I had this relationship where we flirted, but were nothing more than friends. I hugged him and he kissed me on the cheek, "I missed you," he whispered. I blushed slightly. I couldn't help it!
Once we said goodbye, it was off to class. Well, for regular people. Lennox, Zoey, and I all ditched and went to hang out in the back courtyard. Don't worry, we always did this, it was nothing too exciting. I logged onto my twitter. @NikkiMalik. 1 mention, I wondered who.

I smiled and almost instantly, I got a text.
Harry<3:) : Hey love, aren't u in school? <3
Nikki<3:) : Eh, skipping ;) <3
Harry<3:) : Bad girl ;) <3
I smiled and we kept texting. "Who you smiling at?," Zoey called. "Zayn," I said winking. Her cheeks flushed a bright shade of red. I loved to mess with her. "You know, the guys said that they're taking me somewhere tonight, you guys can come with," I said to Zoey and Lennox. They both nodded happily. Lennox already had a boyfriend, so it didn't really matter, but Zoey was so nervous. She had never actually talked to Zayn, but she knew what he was like, because I talk about him so much.
I thought it was kind of cute. How cool would it be if Zoey and Zayn started dating? We'd be like "girlfriend-in-laws." "Guys, it's almost 5th period, let's go to the mall and go eat and shop," I said. And so we did. Once we reached the mall, we decided to get some Nando's for lunch. Niall showed me that place, it's like my favorite lunch spot.
I ordered some chicken for everyone and then a huge bucket of chips. "Mmmm, gotta love Nando's," I said, taking a pic with my iPhone,"I'm so sending this to Niall." Once we finished eating, I got a response to my picture I sent Niall.
Nialler:) : Yummm. Can't wait for later.
Nikki:) : Me neither! Miss ya! :)
Nialler:) : Miss you too :)
I smiled and we made our way to the mall. I decided to get some new clothes, as well as Zoey and Lennox. I got the cutest dress and heels for whatever we were doing tonight. (Outfit over there ---->)
Once we got home, we were welcomed inside by 5 great guys, Liam, Harry, Niall, Zayn and Louis. I smiled and hugged everyone hello. "I've missed you!," I said, hugging Harry. He smiled and hugged me tight. "Nialler!," I said, jumping into Niall's arms. "Liam!!!! I've missed you," I said, hugging him tight. Louis also gave me a hug. "Eh, I've seen you," I said, winking at Zayn.
"Alright, so what's the sitch?," I asked. "Well...we're taking you somewhere very special, but you have to fly somewhere with us," Harry said, grabbing my hand. "You're coming on tour with us!," Louis screamed. "Lou!!," Liam and Niall said in harmony. "I couldn't hold it in," Louis said. I just chuckled. "Of course I'll come with you," I smiled at Zayn, "only if Lennox and Zoey could come too."
I quickly got Zayn to agree. The tour didn't start for another month, but they wanted us to get to know the house before we started floating around the US. "Wait, we're going to the US!?," I screamed excitedly. "Yes!," Harry said, putting me on his shoulder. "We already packed your stuff, Nikki. Lennox and Zoey need to pack," Liam said, "Stay here with Harry. We'll help so we can get going."
I agreed. I couldn't wait to go to the States.
