Miana is the one in the right, and the one who saved Haruo after Godzilla Earth's attack. Maina is the one on the left but not much is known about her. But what we do know about them is that they come from the same trib and they are most likely the Godzila anime universes version of the Shobijin. But what is yet to be known is how they are compared to their toho counterpart.
