"Mina-ya... Can I be your knight for the future and be your lover rather than a friend?" I asked her because I can't hold it any more.

She looked at me, shocked.

Of course she would get shocked.

Now, the room is silence and I'm waiting for her answer.

[No one's POV]

Chaeyoung continue to look at Mina.

Mina avoided his gaze and looked down.

"It's okay... I will you more time you think." Chaeyoung said and smiled.

"When did you fall for me?" Mina asked while looking down.

"I don't know... Maybe after knowing your situation, I helped you and then slowly, I developed feelings for you... Until when Sana said those hurtful words to you earlier... I see your hurt expression and it really hurts me so bad..." Chaeyoung said while looking down.

"But it's okay... I will give you time to think... Even though you don't like me..." Chaeyoung added and suddenly, Mina crashed her lips to Chaeyoung.

Chaeyoung widened his eyes but Mina just close her eyes.

Then Chaeyoug relaxed and cupped her cheeks.

They start to move in-sync and soon, Mina pulled away from kiss.

"So I will take it as a yes..." Chaeyoung said and Mina smiled shyly.

Chaeyoung then hugged Mina and smiled.

"From now on, I will protect you from those bad guys and shield you from those hurtful comments..." Chaeyoung said.

"Even your girlfriend?" Mina asked.

"Even my girlfriend... Whoever tried to bully you or hurt you, I will make sure that the person is hospitalized..." Chaeyoung said and Mina laughed.

"Then what if it's you?" Mina asked and Chaeyoung froze.

"If it's me, I will... leave you immediately and will never appear in front of you..." Chaeyoung said and Mina smiled.

"We'll keep this as a secret first... Don't worry... When time is up, I will break up with Sana..." Chaeyoung said.

Mina hugged him and put her head on his chest.

Then Chaeyoung pulled away from the hug and looked at Mina lovingly.

Then he slowly lean in and kiss her on the lips.

And soon, they made love as girlfriend and boyfriend this time.

The next morning,

Chaeyoung woke up and saw Mina beside him, naked.

He smiled and caressed her hair softly.

Then Mina woke up and saw Chaeyoung staring at her.

"Why are you looking at me?" Mina asked.

"You're so beautiful that I can't take my eyes off you..." Chaeyoung said and Mina blushed.

"Sweet talking now? I thought you wouldn't..." Mina said and smirk at Chaeyoung.

"I also need to sweet talk sometimes so that you will not be bored..." Chaeyoung said and smiled.
