Chapter 10

Previously in Finding you [Jeongmo ft. Michaeng]

I can't spoil their happy family for my own selfish purpose.

So I decided to erase her from my heart and she will no longer be staying in that 'big room'.

After a few days, she came to my cafe with the kid.

I went up and asked her where's her husband and child but she told me something shocking.

[Mina's POV]

"What did you just say?!" He exclaimed in surprise.

"Yes... You didn't heard wrongly... Bambam and I are divorced..." I said.

"What about the kid?" He asked.

"He didn't fight for the kid's custody because he know that he's your child..." I mumbled but Chaeyoung seems like he didn't heard it clearly.

"What did you say? Because he know that he's what?" Chaeyoung asked and I lean in to whisper in his ear.

"Because he's your child..." I said and he widened his eyes.

He looked at Jonghun who is playing with his toy at the seat next to me.

"When did you realized that he's my child?" Chaeyoung asked me while his eyes still widened.

"A day before I break up with you... I was actually going to check if I'm really diagnosed with breast cancer but who knows that I was not but found out that I'm carrying your child." I said.

"Then why do you still want to break up with me?" Chaeyoung asked.

"Because I saw people staring and judging you with weird gaze while we are walking down the streets." I said and looked down.

"I don't want your reputation to get destroyed because of me. And I hate to see those gaze." I said and he come closer to hug me.

He caressed my hair and whisper to my ear,

"Don't worry... Now, no one is going to judge us... Because we are a normal human being and even if they judge us, it doesn't affect to us anymore..."

'How I missed his touches and hugs...' I thought and I hugged him back.

"And you don't have to worry... Jonghun never called Bambam dad... He always call him uncle." I said and I can feel him smiling widely.

"By the way, why did he divorce with you?" He broke the hug and asked.

*Flashback*

I was playing with Jonghun at the living room until he come back from work.

"Tired day?" I asked him and he just sighed.

"Mina-ya, let's divorce..." He said.

"Why?" I asked as I look at him, confused.

"Jonghun's birth father is the cafe boss right? They look so similar that everyone look at them even if just one glance can tell that they're dad and son." Bambam said and looked at me.

"He is... Sorry, Bambam." I apologized and he just smile.

"I know... It's okay... When we are together, I always feel that we are still like strangers... Now I know and that's because your heart still belongs to him and your heart only beats for him..." Bambam said and pass me a document.

"This is the paperwork for divorce. Sign it and find him... I will not fight for Jonghun's custody so don't worry... I wish all the best for you and hope that you're happy with him than with me..." Bambam said and smiled.
