This past weekend, I drove down to Galveston, Texas. Along the way, we toured some colleges, since my sister is going into her senior year in high school. Galveston was amazing. We got there, checked into our hotel, which was literally a walk across the street from the beach, changed into our bathing suits, went to the beach, and swam in the ocean. Then, we went to the Strand (kind like the Strip in Las Vegas). For dinner, we went to Board Game Island, which is a cafe, where you could board games while you eat. While me, my mom and my sisters ate, we play Big Bang Theory themed Clue. I could stay in that cafe for the rest of my life. But, sadly, we left and got some dessert at La Kings. And I built a sand castle the day after that, and got to ride a wave runner and eat at the AMAZING RAINFOREST CAFE. And then the next day, we drove home. EIGHT HOURS AND 45 MINUTES!!! But, of course it was the longest road I have taken (my longest road trip is 3 days!!), but it was long, but fun!!!!
