Then she let go.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Dean fell. Having only the hooks in his flesh holding him up. He struggled to get to where the least tear was on his wrists, but was failing. Ara, apparently was not yet satisfied, because she retrieved the lighter and waved in in front of Dean's eyes once more. His eyes grew wide again. Ara snapped her fingers and Dean went limp for a mere few seconds.
When Dean came to, his eyes opened slowly. Everyone was watching intently so see what the demon had done to him. Dean's eyes darted around the room, his breathing quickened and he started to murmur, "No. No. No."
He immediately clenched his eyes closed, his voiced sliced through the silence like a hot knife through butter. "AAHHHHHHH!" Dean was looking left to right, struggling a bit, but not a lot.
"No, No, NO!" Dean looked straight to Tony and Ziva, but he was not looking at Tony and Ziva. It was like he was looking a million miles down a road. Dean yelled again, but words this time, "Somebody help mee!" It was like he was yelling into a cave. Taking shaky, short breaths his eyes darting back and forth.
The next two words that came out of his mouth, where the most heartbreaking thing anyone in the two rooms had ever heard, "SAAAM!" The way the name came out was haunting. Another came, but this was even worse, "SAAAAAAAAAAAM!" Dean's voice cracked in the middle making everyone's heart break, even Gibbs and Director Vance. They did however do a much better job at concealing it than a miss Abby Sciuto, who was sobbing.
That was when it hit Sam, Dean was reliving his time in Hell. The way his brother cried his name was gut wrenching. Sam would never forget it.
(This what I was trying to re-create. Just picture it in the room.)
Ara snapped her fingers and Dean fell limp again. 'Well, well, well, looks like our little Deano had it in him after all. The big finale."
She looked at the camera and smiled, "Now you know, Dean didn't kill those people. So you big bad agents just watched an innocent man get tourtured. And you just watched. How's that feel? Mmmm? Oh, and Castiel, we don't want you healing Dean before he gets the, full experience, now do we?"
She walked behind Dean wiped her hand on his back. She took the blood and began to draw a symbol on the wall. She said a few words in latin, then she said Castiel's name, and put her hand in the center of the symbol. The symbol lit up and flashed, temporarily blinding everyone.
Castiel then collapsed on the floor. Sam rushed to him, praying to god he was not dead. Castiel woke slowly and looked around. He stood and flexed his shoulders. "Sam, she muted my grace." Sam looked at him in a confused state. "I can not fly, or heal, Sam. I do not know how long this will last."
"Well, as fun as this has been, I have somewhere I need to be. Souls to collect, Hellhounds to feed, so Ta Ta." She waved goodbye and smiled like she was leaving a lunch date. She snapped her finger and Tony and Ziva fell to the ground. Her head then snapped up and black smoke flew out of her body. The girl the collapsed to the floor.
Tony and Ziva immediately rushed to get Dean off the hooks. Dean's eyes fluttered open and he looked relieved. Ziva looked him in the eye as Tony tried to decide where to start.
"Hey. What's up" Dean said quietly. Ziva smiled. Was he hitting on her? In this state? She smiled, "Shhhhhh, it's ok we are gonna get you help." Dean let his eyes closed slowly.
"Ducky what do I do?!" Tony yelled running his hands through his hair.
"Is there anything you can use to detach the chains connected to his wrists from the ceiling? We need to get him down without removing the hooks." Ducky says moving Abby off of him so he could stand and move towards the screen.
"No! Its an empty fucking room there's nothing here!" Tony yelled.
""Tony!" Gibbs firmly addressed his agent. "Calm down." Tony took a short breath and said, "Sorry Boss."
"Now, Tony, I guess if there's nothing to get him down you are going to have to remove the hooks."
Ducky instructed the agents on how to get Dean down starting with his wrists. Tony slowly started to pull on the hook. Dean twitched his hand suddenly and his eyes fluttered open.
"No, do it fast." Dean said almost inaudible. Tony looked at Ducky and got ready to yank after a sad looking nod from the M.E.
"3. 2. 1." Tony pulled he hook out with one jerk. Dean let out a short, stout yell. His wrist started gushing blood. Tony fumbled around before he tore off his shirt sleeve to wrap around it. This scenario repeated itself for the other wrist.
After the second wrist hook was out Tony had to work fast to remove the one from his bicep, seeing as Ziva was now supporting as much of the larger man's body weight as she could. Tony jerked out the third hook without warning. Dean let out a short sound that was in between a yell and a wheeze.
"I like it better when I don't know its coming." Dean managed to grit out. Tony noted this as he help Ziva lower Dean to the ground so he was on his back.
Tony didn't much like lying him like this on the dirty ground with his back still open and bleeding like it was. But what other choice did he have? He took a deep breath and yanked one hook out of Dean's ankle and then quickly jerked the other one out. He gave Dean (and himself) a moment to breathe before removing the final one from the skin on his torso.
Thank God that was over. Tony was gonna have nightmares about the sound of tearing flesh and all the blood, so much blood.
"Dinozzo." Gibbs said abruptly. "Go see if you can find out where you are."
Tony rubbed his hands down his face. Ok, he had to keep his head. He nodded at the camera before taking one last look at Ziva and Dean.
He quickly made it to the door and pulled at the metal handle. Once the door was open a little Tony poked his head out and looked both ways. To his right he saw a long hallway which led into darkness. To his left he saw a shorter hallway with a stair way at the end. He figured left would be his better bet.
He walked slowly at first, but he soon sped up after he heard a groan coming from the room. If he didn't figure out where they were soon, Dean was going to die.
Once Tony got to the stairs and looked down. Two flights down he saw a window. Tony quickly made his way down the stairs and when he got to the window he was pleasantly surprised. He was in Springfield! He scanned the area for a street sign, Amherst Avenue. He then sprinted up the stairs and down the hall. Once he got to the room, the smell of blood hit him in the face.
Dean Winchester was not looking so hot. He was very pale and had lost a fair amount of blood.
"Boss! We are in Springfield in some big abandoned building on Amherst Avenue."
Before Tony was even done speaking Gibbs and McGee were out the door.
