Chapter 1

Oh my god, im going to be late for the date tonight. Its a blind date if you must know, and from what I have heard, he's a pretty decent guy. So thats good so far. Jessica has been bugging me about it for the past day. She can be annoying from time to time but shes my best friend and I love her to death. Shes always been there for me no matter how bad things got. I trust her with everything I got.

"Jess, have you seen my eyeliner?" I walk out of my room and search the room for the stupid eyeliner.

"No I haven't, sorry hun!" She yells from the living room.

While searching my room again, I finally find the stupid eyeliner.  It was on top of my dresser which I thought I checked like a million times already.

I walk down the stairs to the living room to see that Jess is staring down at her phone. She always on that damn phone, sometimes it annoys the hell out of me. Whenever I tell her that she just looks up from her phone and shrugs like its nothing.

"I found it!"

"Took you long enough" I hear her mumble under her breath.

"watch it lady! I'll kick your tiny ass!" I playfully intimidate her.

"I don't have a tiny ass!" She tries to look at her butt but fails at it.

"Yes you do" I chuckle.

"Whatever,  when's your date coming?"She attempts to change conversation.

"in about 30 minutes or so"

"okay, just stay safe and use protection" She winks at me while I stifle a laugh.

"No Jess, we will not do that! Its the first date and I dont even know what he looks like! He could be ugly for all I know!"

The doorbell rings and that is when I realize he is here. He's early actually.

"well he's early. You ready Nati?" Thats her nickname for me, even though it sounds werid, it's better than using my full name.

"yes, im gonna go open up the door."

I walk over to the door and open it to see a fascinating, good looking boy at my door. His green eyes were like magic when I stared into them with my own. His dark brown curly hair looked amazing with his black jeans and a white shirt. I could stare at him for hours and wouldn't care. I wonder why I've never met him before.

I felt butterflies in my stomach from just staring at him until the moment was broken when he spoke softly.

"Hey, my name is Harry Styles. Its nice to meet you." He reaches his hand out for me to shake it and I do.

"Hello Harry, my name is Natalie." I reply.

We stand there with awkward silence for a minute waiting for the one of us to say something. 

"So..' Harry breaks the silence first, "Are we gonna go eat something or just stand here?"

"Oh um yes lets go. Jess, im leaving, I wont be gone for long, bye!" I yell out into the apartment.

I hear Jess say okay and I reach for my jacket and Harry and I walk out to his car. He holds open the door for my which I nod to thank him and get in the car.

I really hope this date goes well.
