Chapter 7

"Good morning everyone! My name is Lucy Hatake, please look after me~" as I slightly bowed down to the whole classroom.

I looked at everyone and their faces were filled with stars of curiosity.

I had my face of doubts rushing in but kept it hidden.

I looked around the class, then I finally found Naruto, he jerked his head high enough for me to see and Sasuke was looking, too calmly at me.

I imagine clapping my hands in my head, as I would smile even more.

"Alright, Thank you Lucy-san. You may take a seat on that empty chair by Sasuke."

I bowed down to our Sensei, "Hai, Iruka-sensei."

I walked towards my assigned seat, as I received some weird but deadly glares.

Hm.

I sat quietly next to Sasuke-kun.

"Glad you can make it," He whispers, without having to look at me.

I smiled at his direction, "Of course, pathetic excuses shouldn't stop me from coming to the academy~" I whisper back to him.

He smiled, again without looking at direction.

When I looked at Sensei's lesson, I saw that his teachings were already been taught to me by Daddy.

I curled up my arms on the table letting my head lay on my arms, "Oh my goodness, I learned this already. Ughhh..." I mutter quietly for me to hear my own complains.

I have a weird habit, I fall asleep too soon.

After putting down my head, I unconsciously went to sleep without even trying.

Zzzzz...Zzz...

*ring—gg*

As I sat up pretty quick, I noticed that I had a little drool over the side of my mouth.

I quickly wiped it off using my sleeves.

"Hey Lucy-chan! Wanna go to ichiraku?" Naruto asks.

"Sure, why not." I responded back,

'Wanna come along too, Sasuke?'

He nodded in response.

Everyone else was already gone, ah I missed my first day to make new friends.

Oh wells, I'll just do that tomorrow.

Naruto and Sasuke was already by the door, "Lucy-chan what are you still doing over there, come on let's go!" Naruto yells with excitement.

I smiled, "Alright~ I'm coming!"

We were just eating our ramen, as Naruto was enjoying his food loudly and fondly.

"Mister, I love your ramen. It's the best!" Naruto yells again.

I put my thumbs up, "Thank you mister, I really like it too."

"Un" Sasuke also says, with a slight hint of blush seen on his cheeks.

Then we walked to the park where I met Sasuke.

Naruto recklessly jumped into the lake, as I went over the dock.

My feet were touching the cold waters, "Relax a little Sasuke~ This isn't the school~ Come play with us~"

Sasuke sat next to me also putting his feet into the lake, "Sure, why not." He smiled.

I also smiled as well, "What are you two gawking about! Come join me, it's too boring without you guys here!" Naruto yells out afar from us.

I turned around to his direction, as I took out my overalls.

Only leaving my plain shirt and shorts.

I run and jumped up high in the air and splashed onto the waters of the lake.

I felt a cold sensation run through my body, brrr.

The water was cold.

I hold my breath, opened my eyes and swam to the top.

*gasp for air and shaking my head slightly, letting my hair move to the side*

"Come on Sasuke, lets go~" I yell out to him and smiled.

He also jumped and splashed the water to my side.

"It's cold!" he yells out.

I laughed at him first, then Naruto laughed along too.

Sasuke smiled as a response.

I thought in my mind for a second, he's not bad at all.

I lay in bed and had my daddy by my side.

He placed a thermometer in my mouth, as he waited for it to analyze.

"You have a high fever. You're going to stay home, so don't even think about going to school today." Daddy says.

"Mhm...I guess, I shouldn't have went swimming yesterday." I muttered.

"I'm gonna stay here today, I'll be watching over you. So feel better soon, alright?" He says, as he gives me a quick peck on my forehead.
