You Chose Her

As I head out I see the limo parked out front. I go up and to the driver and he tells me it's ok to bring Lola. I walk over to the back and open the door and the boys are already there. Obviously Jack was sitting as far as he could from me. I don't pay much attention to it though. The whole ride there Zach talks to me the most, talking about tours and what I like to do. Finally we get there and I'm excited to beat all of the boys and especially Jonah. I quickly grab Lola before she runs out and before we get in the pool I tie her to one of the benches. Then I take off my clothes so that I'm only in my swim suite. Then while the boys are changing I jump in to warm up. I do a couple drills an after 10 minutes they are still not out. I figure that I'll just practice some dives, but when I'm done they are still not out. I grab my towel and go to the receptionist and ask if she's seen anyone that looked like the boys. She said pointed behind me and there I see the boys swimming as if they hadn't just pranked me. I figure since they aren't paying attention I'll prank them back. I grab Lola and tell the driver that Lola has to stay there because she's trying to bite people and that he should park a little bit farther. Then I text the boys telling them that Lola isn't feeling well and I had to go. Then I run to the bathroom and stay there for a bit then. Daniel texts me asking whether I took the limo. To go along with my prank I texted yes. Then they came back in and I was on the pool and I texted the driver to bring Lola and tie her leash to the bench while they weren't looking. They saw me and ran over and started laughing. I yelled over saying," I've been waiting forever. Come in." Finally, we started the competition and it took forever. To save you time I'll skip to the end also known as the important part. Jack pulls me aside and takes me into the sauna so that no one sees us. I ask him,"Why have you been ignoring me?" He pauses for a moment and tells me,"I starting falling for you and I just can't. I'm with this amazing girl named Gaby and I dont want to break heart." "But dont you realize your breaking mine. I'm fine that your going for her but next time can you give me a heads up. You must really love Gaby if you dont want to break her heart." I tell him."I'm glad you understand." He says nicely.But I snap back at him,"I don't understand. I don't think I ever will.But I'm happy that your happy." Then I walk out of the sauna and change as quickly as possible and before the boys get out I grab Lola and walk towards my Uber. He takes me home where I cry into my pillow for what felt like forever.
