Natalie's pov
We walk in his room and Ryder automatically jumps up and hugs Bree.
Bree puts me down. Ryder then tackles Bree.
"How did we do on our test" he says
"We are first, I guess the Chicago experiment is the only one without a war going on right now" Bree says super excited.
Just then Justin comes in and sees our little reunion and pulls me into the hallway.
"Why didn't tell me about Bree, and instead you told my brother" he practically yells.
"I totally forgot, because when I came to tell him you where with some friends, then I was going to tell you at the candor or dauntless party but I forgot," I say "and I'm lucky that I have a cool boyfriend that will understand"
"You did, but I think you like my brother more than me" and with that he walks off.
I have to go in there and look strong.
Bree's pov
Natalie finally walks in and acts like nothing just happened, but I can see the hurt in her eyes.
"Hey Ryder we have to go, sorry" I say
"That's okay , bye Nat and Bree." he yells as we exit. I pick her up again and walk down the hallway.
We walk into the cafeteria and I go up to the man and say, "two dauntless cakes please".
He automatically gives me the cakes and says "on the house for the ambassador "
"Oh no please" I hand him money and finally he takes it.
I walk to a table and give Natalie the cake.
Natalie's pov
We eat in a silence but a comforting silence. when we are done she picks me up again, seriously it's like I can't walk by myself, and heads down the hallway.
When we walk down the hallway and see, jenny ( Peter and Lynn's kid), Faith ( Zeke and Shaunna's kid) , and dean ( Zeke and Shaunna' s kid and faiths brother).
When they see me they run up to me and ask a bunch of questions about the break up.Wow news does travel fast.
