20 Minutes later....
We left the school and went to the medical center. When we got there, we went inside the center. Then my dad walked over to the urgent care area and looked to see if I could get into an appointment immediately. Fortunately, he was successful. Me and dad went to the medical room where a doctor would help me. And when they did, they told my dad that the possibility of the soreness could've been caused by the accident. The doctor asked me questions like how I was feeling and how painful was it, on a scale of 1 to 10. They then massaged my upper body to find out what was going on. Later on they said that I would have to wear a sling. I agreed. The doctor said that I would have to lay off on the left shoulder for a little while, at least until it gets better. As of March 2018, I will get an MRI scheduled on the 26.
(2019 EDIT: As of today, I am much better now! My left shoulder does hurt time to time, but I'm better now!)
