(Tom's Point of View)
- During the Coriolanus play -
" Tom! Ready in 3.. 2... 1.." The stage manager signalled his fingers.
I marched into the scene and said my first lines.
"Thanks. What's the matter, you dissentious rogues,
That, rubbing the poor itch of your opinion,
Make yourselves scabs?"" Tom! Face the crowd!" Whispered the stage manager behind the curtains, and so I did. And in fact, I was glad I did. My lonesome eyes, captivated by a woman I see amongst the crowd. I was lost for a moment. Shocked to see her here.
Its faith giving me a handsome chance to redo my actions. To get to know her. Last time I met her, when she delivered my fanmail, her silliness and simplicity already bewitched my very soul. She's a mixture of two things that are so different, I don't even have the words to explain it.
I wonder why I didn't had the guts to get to know her back at the comic con.
I continued on with the play but the thought of her in the crowd haven't deserted my mind. I'll find her later, after the performance.
" Good job Tom!"
" Thank you, Steven." I said as I fixed my bag of belongings.
" Aren't you going to leave yet?"
" I will, I just need a moment." I say, hoping he wouldn't figure my intentions of searching for her.
" Alright, good night. " he waved good bye.
Everybody patted my shoulders with compliments, till the very last of them left.
I raced from the back stage to the curtains to check if she's still there only to find that everybody left except for her. She's literally sleeping, how cute.
I almost jumped in merriment.I stealthily made my way towards her and sat on one of the chairs, when I spoke she was stunned. Okay, what I did was creepy.. Note to self, don't sneak up on her.
A conversation played and I see her occasionally glancing at her watch, what was I thinking? To keep her here in the theatre the whole time?
I ended up walking her to the hotel where she stayed. ( which she thankfully accepted my offer )
She said ' Tom ', I barely even hear that from a stranger nowadays. They'd always call out Tom followed by Hiddleston. Which I'm fine with but, its just. Its new.
Okay, I'll kiss her. When I grabbed her shoulder to pull her closer for a kiss, I thought to myself. Tom, that's not a good idea. You barely know her and from what she said, that she's a university student. She's probably a decade younger than me.
A gentleman must think of his actions twice. I decided to just hug her.
I made up an excuse to get her number. I told her that I'd inform her if there are any good plays I know of, which I do know a lot but either way, its still an excuse to get her number.
As soon as she walked in the hotel, I scrutinised her graceful movements.
Ah, she is so divine.
But no, I don't even know if she likes me, and she's a decade younger than me, she probably knows tons of younger college guys to date who's her age.
I don't know, but faith gave me a chance, and I will take it.
As I got to my hotel, I kept on contemplating about tonight.
Considering our differences which did not really bother me much, I want to know if it bothered her though.
