War leads us to insane advancements. Some for the better. Some backfire on monumental scales.

The Russians were threatening to rain hell on America. Why? We don't know, they didn't really wanna sit down and have a nice little talk about why they hate our fucking guts. Obviously we had to retaliate. We hired the greatest bio mechanical scientist in America, Doctor Edgar Frost. He got to work on the new androids for our army. He built millions of mechanical soldiers and they all worked perfectly.

Then he created a leader. It had a mechanical brain and could think for itself. It had an adapter that allowed him to give orders to the other robot soldiers. The only problem was that Dr. Frost made the leaders brain TOO WELL. It thought for itself, and it thought that humans were an inferior species that needed to be extinguished.

Carbine, that's what he calls himself for some reason, killed the Dr. with his own tools. After that he began he reign of destruction on America. His mind had the capabilities of Dr. Frost therefore he could create more soldiers or do something even deadlier. He chose the even deadlier option. He created a device that would plunge the earth into sub-zero weather in hopes to freeze all the humans to death.
