chapter 4

Jack's pov:

we finally finished our duet. Elsa seemed very happy singing. I learned that Elsa could play the piano as well as she could sing. it was wonderful. I have to admit I had fun too. Elsa was looking at me with a worried expression. then I realized she tried to say something to me. I guess I was to busy spacing out."huh" I say. "I said I need to get going, bye" Elsa says. she then stands on her tip toes and gives me a kiss on the cheek. I looked at her and she was blushing. "uh...um..uh...bye" was all I managed to get out. she turned and left. what was that kiss about? does she like me? stop Jack you got a girlfriend. I lay down on my bed still thinking about the kiss. should I tell anyone? who should I tell? I can't tell punzie she would kill Elsa. hiccup? maybe. ugh. maybe I should ask merida for help. she may scare me but she is my friend and she's a girl. she would probably understand it more. I finally made up my mind. I would just ask Elsa tomorrow.

Elsa's pov:

I walked out of jacks room and went home. why did I kiss him? he's probably gonna tell punzie. OMG punzie is going to kill me! I don't even like Jack like that. or do I? I don't know! I should ask Anna for help. I walk into the house and find Anna making out with her boyfriend on the couch. I clear my throat. Anna pulls away from her boyfriend. "Oh hi Elsa this is Hans" Anna says blushing. I just stared at them. "when did you start dating him?" I say. Anna blushes even more red. "uh... since I walked into our first class this morning" she says. OMG I can't believe Anna. already dating a guy she just met. " Anna you can't date a guy you just met" I say. I felt kinda bad. I felt like I was a bad guy. I already know I'm a monster with my ice powers and all. "you can if it's true love" Anna replies. I just look at her. I start getting angry. I don't even know why I was so angry. I just was. I felt my hands start to frost. I ran upstairs to my room. I got to my drawer and grabbed a pair of gloves out. I pulled them on to my hands. "ANNA WHEN HANS LEAVES PLEASE COME TO MY ROOM I NEED HELP WITH SOMETHING" I yell. I ran to my bed and lay down and wait.

eventually Hans left and I heard Anna coming upstairs to my room. "hey els you wanted my help?" she asked. I look at her. should I tell her what I did or will she just say that I'm in love? I don't think I'm in love. part of me told me no and part told me yes. I finally decide to tell her. "yeah Anna I kissed a boy on the cheek today" I tell her simply. I saw her eyes widen. in my head I thought 'oh no I shouldn't have told her'. to late. "OMG WHO? WHERE? WHEN? AND WHY?" Anna shouts. "it was Jack. at his house. when I left. and I don't know why. that's why I need your help. anyway it was only a little kiss on the cheek" I say. " OMG ELS YOUR IN LOVE" Anna yells. "shut up" I hiss. "why?"she asks. "he lives across the street and anyway I'm not in love. I would know if I was in love" I say. then it hit me why. I was just so happy that he loved my singing and that he was so nice to me I just had to thank him. "thanks Anna" I say as I push her out of my room.

Anna's pov:

well that was weird. I decided to text Hans.
Anna: hey Hans
Hans: hey Anna
Hans: do you want to go out on Saturday?
Anna: OMG YES! where will we go
Hans: how about that new pizza place?
Anna: yeah sure see you
Hans: great I'll pick you up at 6:00
Anna: bye
Hans: bye

YES! I got a date! I can't wait!

Jack's pov:

*next day*

I'm gonna go wait for Elsa. I throw on my hoody and a pair of brown jeans. I also put on blue vans. "bye uncle" I say as I walk out the door. I walk over to Elsa's house and wait by her door. finally she walks out. she is wearing a blue lace shirt and a pair of white shorts. she wears her blue flats and has her hair in a braid. she turns around and sees me. she gives me a warm smile that just makes my heart melt. wait, what? "hi Jack" she says. "Hi Elsa" I say. "aren't you gonna go find punzie? I bet she's looking for you" she says. I look into her eyes for any sign that she might like me. I found nothing. I sigh. " I wanted to ask you why you kissed me yesterday" I reply. she looks at me and keeps walking. " I guess I was just so happy you loved my singing and that you were so nice to me even though I was new" she says and I can tell that she's telling me the truth. we just walk in silence the rest of the way.
