Meeting... Him

Pearl had decided to sit on the beach out of view to take a break while there were no monsters attacking their free planet.
Pearl sighed, why didn't rose notice her feelings towards her? Even after all they have been through and she still didn't take in account her feelings, rose thought they were just friends and instead of her she chose those silly humans. I mean what was so great about them? They they chew food into mush, it goes through their body and it comes back out, how is that like able!?
Pearl sighed once again and untwisted her face from anger to her resting face before she heard distant laughter, one of which she knows as the beautiful and ever so loving Rose Quartz. However when pearl heard a voice join with roses she knew that she was with her 'new boyfriend' as the humans called them,  she glanced over to see a giant mop of pink hair hiding a messed up brown hair.

Pearl glanced longingly at Rose from across the beach, wishing she could be in the position that that human was in.
Loving her, loving Rose and being loved by her.
She snapped out her daydream when she saw both of them talk to someone? Before running into the ocean and running back... That's when Pearl saw what they were running back to.
"A TINY HUMAN! Where did they get one of them? And why is it with rose!?" Pearl questioned to herself, as the human ran off Rose turned to Pearl waving her to some over.  Blushing at the fact she had been caught staring at Rose she ran over to her, pointing at the tiny human questioning it.
Rose laughed before saying it was a 'baby' and it's what human look like before they are big, they both stared at the 'baby' as it crawled away which led them both to follow it, pearl turned back slightly to hear the human run back, mostly to wonder where they had gone.
Pearl smirked smugly as she and Rose had started to walk off but pearl realized she should leave rose or the human to find, my to her dismay, however as she turned around so did Rose.
"Where are you going my Pearl?" Her soft voice echoed to Pearl, she shivered as she heard it before turning around and smiling, "I just remembered Garnet needed my help, I'll see you later Rose"
Roses smile faltered slightly as she heard Pearl was leaving so she went vet kissed her gem before going to find the 'baby'  and telling her okay.

Pearl blushed but as she heard the human Rose was 'dating' yelling for her and that baby she took off in the opposite direction a frown on her face, taking a long way to the cave, actually hoping to find Garnet to just talk about her problems and possibly avoid amethyst because let's be real.... Amethyst isn't much help...

Unless it's *shivers* eating food.
