Pearls face faltered for a slight moment as she thought about how rose had yet to show a sign of loving her like she loved rose. She frowned even more as she realized she would always choose humans over her, she smiled slightly at the thought of them not lasting. " we are beings that live forever and those human men come and go, you still have a chance pearl, just make her happy" she whispered little words encouragement to herself, cheering herself up a little bit she put on her normal face as she finally arrived back in the cave the tingling feeling of the warp pad fading away as she stepped on the smooth cave floor.

She saw rose's big fluff of hair and was about to go talk to her when she saw a glimpse of long, dark brown hair and she saw rose get close while talking to the strange human?
From what she knew about rose's interest with humans that's the first thing she assumed it was, pearl stopped in her tracks as she watched him all over to the odd painted van.
Rose was smiling as she turned around only for her face to twist into concern as she saw pearls look of hurt with tears pricked in the corner of her eyes, rose quickly ran over to pearl looking her over. "Oh my are you okay? Are you hurt? Why are you crying?!" Getting more worried for pearl she was soon confused seeing nothing wrong, pearl wiped at her tears. " it's nothing rose I was just upset is all, I'm all fine now. Who was that human back there?"
Rose she smiled at pearl, " oh that was Greg, i went to his concert a little while ago." Pearl snarled slightly and rose's eyes widened while she blushed at pearl's facial expression over her answer.

Rose barley made out pearl's hushed sentence, " I love you, why don't you love me?"
Pearl turned to walk away before rose came out of her daze and quickly reached her arm out to catch pearls smaller one, pulling her face close rose kissed the corner of pearls mouth and continued to lightly kiss the rest of her face, "my dear pearl, I love you more than anything" pearl's blush heated up more as her face became more blue, as pearl opened her mouth to speak to rose the same long brown haired human she had seen previously had run up in search of rose. Amethyst had made it there before him telling them both how he wanted rose because he was asking for some 'large pink haired lady' which she instantly knew was rose.
As this ' Greg ' had managed to get close to rose he was picked up by grant who claimed to throw him away, this made pearl smile slightly but rose however struck conversation with him which made her upset slightly.
Rose was left with a t-shirt he had given her and with that he took off, "good riddance" numbered an irritated pearl.
Rose turned blushing, heading to her room she smiled gently at pearl and disappeared through her door, pearl sighed before deciding it would be wise to go think about things in her room.
