Anne's POV
"Turn right in 0.6 km, to reach your destination." the GPS commanded.
"SHUT UP!" I screamed at it. I was really losing my patience, and I'm extremely annoyingly, knackered.
*DING*
"You have reached your destination."
OBVIOUSLY.
"Okay, time to get check in the hotel now!" I said.
"YUUUUUUUUUUUUUUS! FINALLY!" Kara screamed.
"I'm so sore. Anne, can you carry me? Pweaaaaase!" Kimberly asked, using the baby voice.
"I'm sore. I'm tired. I'm sleepy. I'm about to be cranky. So, no."
I opened the trunk and pulled out our luggage. I own a zebra print luggage that had a blue sash around it. Kara has a floral pattern designed luggage, whilst Kimberly owned a polka dotted, black and green designed luggage. We all had plain, solid colored duffel bags. Kara owned a navy blue, Kimberly owned a green one, and I owned a teal duffel bag.
The girls and I picked up our stuff, and headed in the hotel.
"I'll go check us in, so just sit down there." I commanded them.
I walked up to the receptionist's desk, which was a fine marble finish. It was very well polished. I could see my reflection perfectly.
I tried to put on my dazzling, polite smile and said, "Hi, I'm Anne Cadburry, and I made reservations in this hotel two weeks ago, and I'd like to check in please."
"May I see ID please?" she asked, whilst returning the smile I gave.
"Sure," I said, as I pulled out my license.
"Okay, Ms. Cadburry. Your room is number 58, on the 5th floor, the first door to your right, when you get off the elevator." I nodded. "Oh and here are your keys. Hope you enjoy your stay. If you need anything, please ring us." she said.
I very much appreciated the hospitality!
"Thank you so much!" I replied.
"Girls, let's go!"
We got in the elevator. Good space. Reflective surfaces. I spotted my reflection, and saw my knackered, worn out self. I had dark circles under my eyes, and my hair had pieces coming off the ponytail I fixed and my cardigan isn't even buttoned properly. Oh gosh. How embarrassing.
*ding*
We got off the elevator and turned to the right. We all got a pass card each. I inserted the card in, and breathed the fresh smell of the hotel room, which had a mighty minty and fresh-laundry scent.
Kara's POV
"DIBS ON THE BIGGEST BED!” I screamed, and then ran.
"NO FAIR!" Kim yelled, running behind me.
There were two bedrooms, but only one was the biggest, which had two equally sized beds. I ran for that room. As soon as I got in the room, I tossed my luggage and duffel bag on it and laid on it.
"MINE MINE MINE MINE MINE!" I cheered, kicking and happy dancing whilst lying on the bed.
"I like my bed," Kim said. Good. She was satisfied.
"And I love mine. Not so big, and just the right size." Anne yelled from the other room.
"Let's go swimming!" Kimmy suggested.
