Chapter 4: Corrupt Families

Cody had just arrived along with Maddie in this weird Train Station for the Disney Games. He was sweating a little bit. All the confidence that Cody had just a few hours ago, had abruptly gone away. His reaction to being reaped was one that would be played over and over again for a couple years.

First all the color had drained from his face, and he looked like a lost puppy dog. Then he had thrown up all over a Micky Mouse soldier.

He was no puppy, but he was a little lost. 

Ever since Disney has been plunged into darkness, his brother Zack had become a criminal. He abandoned Cody and his mom and became a bandit for the "Red Letters of Scarlett Jane". A deadly organization that pledged to take down the tyrant, Walt Disney, who had murdered Scarlett Jane's family because she had betrayed him. Nobody knows how she betrayed him, but it was terrible.

Since he'd been caught 15 days before the Reaping, he was "awarded" 275 more entries. Everyone thought he was going to be the male tribute. All the males in Boston- Tipton area breathed a sigh of relief since the odds were pointing straight at Zack.

Cody had seen the grin on his brother's face when Cody was chosen. He had cracked a smile. 

Cody never deserved any of this. Lots of people in his hometown agreed. The "Red Letters of Scarlett Jane" was heavily creeping into the Boston- Tipton area. They had caused all sorts of trouble. One of biggest events that happened was the made this "Pollution in a Can" and sprayed it all over the Boston- Tipton area.

For weeks everyone could just barely breathe and now the pollution was spreading to other districts and the one heavily in danger was the Kickin' It districts.

But then Cody had gotten a hold of a full can of the pollution (courtesy of Zack laziness of hiding it well) and reversed the process and got it to clear the pollution. For this, Cody won the XD Prize for Humanity.

Now here he was, at the very place everyone thought Zack would be.

Maddie was then right by his side the entire time, they were both frightened. Only one person from the Boston- Tipton area had ever won the Games. It was Esteban.

Well back then he was known as Devon de Leo. He had won in one of the first games along with someone from Waverly Place and someone from Gravity Falls. He had gotten alot of fame from winning. The first tribute from Boston- Tipton was huge. So he changed his name to Esteban Julio Ricardo Montoya De La Rosa Ramirez and he worked for Mr. Tipton who protected him.

Cody's train was one of the last to arrive, so he saw most of the tributes other were there. He only stayed with Maddie though.

"How are you doing, Maddie?" Cody asked

"Alright, I'm just a little nervous. Are you okay? I saw the way Zack laughed at you when you got picked, like it was some big joke to him." Maddie said.

"It was a joke to him. He knew that it was inevitable that he was going to be here." Cody said with anger in his voice.

Cody and Maddie talked for just a little bit, but then a lady came into the room.

"Hello and welcome to the Disney Games Tower, where you will spend a week getting ready for the Disney Games! I am Olivia Ovanae Let me take role."

"Alex and Max Russo from Waverly Place?"

Alex and Max raised their hands.

"Kim Crawford and Jack Brewer from Kickin' It? Ah and I see Ms. Crawford will be celebrating her birthday in 4 days!" Olivia said
