A night with Jungkook

Suddenly, the office door opens, and a wild bangtan emerge.

You stand up, and turn your phone off. You were previously watching BTS crack videos on YouTube. The time being 1:54pm before you turned it off.

"So were all wrapped up. The album can be released soon." Sejin states, the last to come out. "Well done guys. We've successfully produced another album! We just need to wait for them to be released. We're expecting a sell out in most stores across Korea. As well as sellouts on amazon and other international stores. But we've got to keep going! Fighting!"

You clap and smile.

"Fighting!" They repeat. You notice J-hope says it loudest.

"Well done." You smile.

"I think we should all go home and celebrate!" Jin suggests. "Soju on me?"

"I can't. I've got to get my textbooks and equipment for tomorrow." You frown, realising that you're technically now the biggest wet blanket known to man. "I'll take a taxi into Seoul to buy it."

But you realise how you have very little money, you can't speak korean nor do you know where to buy your equipment but hey ho...

Jungkook strolls over.

"I'll come with." Jungkook smiles. "I'll help you pick out some stuff. I mean, I didn't finish school long ago myself."

"Ok." You smile. He takes your hand. "See you guys at home."

Both yourself and Jungkook jump in the back of a black tinted window car, and head for the first store.

"Jungkook. People are going to recognise you." You state. "I'll just go on my own it's fine."

Jungkook smiles, and pulls out a hat from his bag, a pair of black tinted glasses and a face mask.

Every time...

You both go to multiple stores. Buying books, stationary, as well as some new clothes, as luckily the school you're attending doesn't have a uniform.

Since it's winter, Jungkook buys you multiple long sleeved silky shirts, some with cute bows around the collar, turtle neck sweaters, hoodies, jeans and a new pair of timberlands.

Holding all your bags, and Jungkook holding a few too, you decide to head back.

"Jungkook you didn't need to get this much for me." You smile. "But thank you."

You lean against his shoulder.

Jungkook smiles back.

Maybe he's back to his self again. I mean, he has been stressed with his work at the moment, so I suppose that's why he's been like 'that'. You tell yourself.

As it starts to get dark, and you walk towards the meeting point, to be picked up, you notice a fairground, illuminating the night sky.

You stare in awe and amazement as you hear the various noises blasting from a decked pier which stretches out onto the Hangang river (a river which runs through Seoul)

"That's new. I didn't know they were building an amusement park on a pier. They're quite rare, I've never actually seen one in person." Jungkook states.

You're just staring in awe, it feels slightly nostalgic. You remember how your parents used to take you to places like Llandudno in Wales, which had a large decked pier, reaching out into the sea. The thought of your feet against the deck, standing and quietly listening to the overlapping waves. Trying to distinguish the waves and the chattering of many, walking side by side to you.
