AUTHOR'S NOTE:
Hello, so I'm kinda writing for my own fun. I don't know if this story is going anywhere, nor do I know how often I will be updating. This is just something I'm giving a shot. & I don't know what's to come. I'm going to write as I go, so please be a little patient with me lol sorry this is so long, just remember I'm only giving this a shot, & there will be spelling and grammar mistakes, please don't point them out unless it's something huuuge! Now I'm just rambling, sorry. Here goes:
When I walk into the gates, on the first day of my sophomore year, I'm anxious. I don't know why, I mean, school is just ew. When I walk up to the benches where my friends and I usually sit, I'm greeted by my best friend, Celeste.
"Hey bæ." She said, snaking her arms around me.
"Hi." I said, taking in the familiarity of all my friends:
Jace oh my, I haven't seen him since the kick back the first week of summer. His sandy blonde hair now touches the bottom of his neck, his hazel eyes bloodshot, & outfit, tacky as ever. Maddie, her unique, yet very grungy style. Wait, Maddie?
"I thought you left for San Diego?" I said, apparently not to myself like I intended.
"Oh yeah, my mom didn't get the job, so we're staying!" She squealed.
"Oh my, that's great!" I said, sitting down next to my boyfriend James.
James has light blue eyes, dark brown hair that's always gelled up into some sort of quiff. He has olive skin. He's 5'10, and me being 5'6 makes him only a few inches taller. I don't like men that tower over me.
"Hey babe." he said, putting his arm around the small of my back, kissing my head.
"Hi." I said back, grabbing his hand and lacing my fingers through his.
When the bell rang, James asked me what class I had first. "Oh, algebra, room 202."
"That's next to my hall, I'll walk you." He said, putting his arm around my waist.
"Thank you." I said.
I got to class, and took my seat in the middle of the classroom. There seemed to be more freshmen then sophomores, so that's just fucking great.
Our teacher walked in. She seemed no older than 22, so of course she won a few whistles and "zayums" from the boys in the back.
"Hello class, I'm Miss. Romero," she said, writing her name on the board, "I want to go over a few ground rules with you. Rule one, No chewing gum. Rule two, no phones, iPods, mp3s, etc. Rule three, No hats worn in class unless school appropriate. Last but never least, rule four, I know I'm young, and might be good looking for some of you," she shot the kids in the back a murderous glare, " but I will never appreciate whistles and shouts."
Art, the school security guard walked in with two boys. They looked nervous, and fidgety. Who are they and why are they so God like?
"Hi Art, are these the foreign exchange students?" Miss Romero asked.
Foreign. Exchange. Students. What?!..
"Yes, these two are from England, and Ireland." He said pointing to each one as he called their countries.
There was a blonde, with bright blue eyes, and pale skin. He is the boy from Ireland. His hair is up in a quiff, better than James's, and his hands are shoved deep into his pockets. The other boy has curly hair pushed back off of his face, and jade green eyes.
"Hannah, can they sit by you?" Miss. Romero asked me.
"Of course." I said, gesturing for them to sit in the empty desks by me.
"Would you show them around too?" Art asked.
"Yes." I smiled at them, earning cheeky smiles from the two of them. Damn, I didn't realize the curly haired boy had dimples!
After asking them their names and where they're from, I learned that Harry Styles is from Holmes Chapel, England, and Niall Horan is from Mullingar, Ireland. The two are staying here until their junior year, and if they decide they like it they will stay. Please like it! I silently begged.
"What's your next class?" I asked them as we walked out of Miss. Romero's class.
"Uhm, they gave us the same schedule because they thought it'd be easier that way." Niall informed me, his accent slicing through every part of me.
"Oh, that makes it easy." I said.
"Yeah, so you're next class is ours." Harry Styles cheekily stated.
"Okay, well, I have English." I said, pointing to D Hall.
"Uhm, can we hang out with you at lunch?" Niall finally spoke after a few minutes of silence.
"Sure. Well I have kind of a big group, but their nice and very friendly. They're not even the least bit intimidating." I assured them.
"Cool." Niall said, taking a seat behind me, and Harry beside Niall.
