After all the washing up and food was eaten Fletch asked the kids if they wanted to open their presents.
Evie as always was the first to look under the tree she had a few out and everyone started to unwrap. Evie was happy her dad finally got her a mobile phone which helped with the situation atm. Theo got a train set as he loved trains, mia got a new doll with clothes and as for jac well she was a tad nervous to open her present from fletch.
"Go jac open up you might like it" fletch energentically said waiting for jac to open the present in front of her.
"Fletch you really didnt have to" jac replied frightened but anxious to see what was inside.
Jac ripped the paper and came to see a large box. Inside the box was a scrap book containning photos of emma her mum and fletches kids before Christmas day as well as some of jacs favourite things. At the bottom of the box was a small velvet box. Jac didn't know whether to open it or just leave it left there.
"Open it " fletch replied looking at jac worriedly he had decided to take the risk with this one.
Jac opened the velvet box and show a note inside with a ring attached.
The note had said: jac will you wear this ring as a promise for me to keep you safe make you happy and to also to show a symbol of my love to you.
I have loved you with all my heart and always will yours forever Fletch.
Jac cried with tears of happiness she swung her arms around fletch and shocked him with a kiss.
Fletch did the only thing he could and responded by kissing jac back he couldn't care if the kids were watching all that mattered to him was jacs happiness.
Jac broke the kiss and took the ring from the box and putted it on her right finger. She had never felt so happy, she finally found someone who made her happy secure and safe.
