(The boys and emma are back at the hotel and the rest of the boys flew in so the room arrangements are matt, jack g, jack j in one room me, nash and cameron in another and the last room is Hayes and Shawn)
Emma's pov
So nash and cameron are sleeping right now and my insomnia is getting to me so I can't sleep. After tossing and turning I gave up and got out of bed and walked out of the room and just walked around the hotel when I suddenly bumped into someone and fell.

?: I am so sorry let me help you up (he puts his hand out and emma grabs it)
Emma's pov
I grabbed the strangers hand and when I finally looked at him I realized it was Jake T. Austin!

Emma: don't worry about it I am a clutch
Jake: haha I doubt that I am jake
Emma: I am emma and yeah I guess you could say I am a fan I mean I am not like an obsessive fan and I probably embarrassed myself becaus I rambled
Jake: don't worry about it I think it's cute so what are you doing up so late?
Emma: couldn't sleep how about you?
Jake: the same well I think they have a twenty four hour diner want to get something?
Emma: I would love too but i really should get going since my brothers might wake up
Jake: alright well would you mind if I asked you for your number?
Emma: here you go can I have yours
Jake: yeah here I'll call you
Emma: alright bye jake
(She leaves and starts to walk back to the room but then she gets spotted by cameron)
Cameron: Emma there you are! Where were you!?
Emma: I am sorry cam I just couldn't sleep and I wanted to walk around for a bit
Cameron: fine I'll let you off this time but next time your in trouble okay?
Emma: okay thanks
Cameron: come on let's get back to the room
(They walk back to the room)
Emma's pov
I am still in shock that I met jake but I gotta stop fangirling about him if I want to be friends with him. I guess I was tired now becaus as soon as I hit the pillow I fell into a deep sleep.

(It's morning and matt enter the room)
Matt: emma time to wake up
Emma: (mumbles) go away
Matt: emma come on we are going sight seeing today
Emma: (mumbles) not now
Matt: I am going to wake up everyone else and when I come back I want you up
Emma: hmm
(Ten minutes later matt comes back)
Matt: Emma!
Emma: (sleeping)
Matt: (spanks her once)
Emma: what the hell was that for!
Matt: language and I already have you a chance to wake up and you didn't listen
Emma: whatever
Matt: hey watch the attitude
Emma: yeah yeah
Matt: I mean it
Emma: okay now get out so I can get dressed
Emma's pov
I swear sometimes my brother is so annoying anyway I went to the bathroom and got ready I put on a solid purple crop top with a cute skirt and some sandals that had a little heel. I brushed my hair and put a high ponytail and grabbed my pink iPhone 5c and met the boys at the lobby of the hotel.

Emma: clothes
Jack g: go change
Emma: no thanks I am good
Jack j: that wasn't a suggestion
Emma: I know
Hayes: so go change
Emma: I don't want to

Emma: no
Matt: excuse me?
Emma: I said no yesterday I may have listened to you and it was because i was upset don't think I have changed because I haven't
Matt: is that so?
Emma: I said it didn't i
Matt: fine come here now
Emma: not gonna happen
(Matt picks her up and carries her back to the room and everyone else follows)
Emma: put me down!
Matt: no you should have been punished last night for the way you acted at the restraunt and this morning you have had an attitude
Emma: fine I am sorry
Matt: no your not and your getting twenty ten for not listening and ten for your attitude
Emma: fine (says with attitude)
Matt: (starts)

Emma: okay (crying)

Matt: (pulls her up onto his lap and cuddles with her) it's okay shh I am not mad anymore

Matt: it's okay but your grounded for two weeks am I clear
Emma: yes
Matt: now go change

Emma's pov
Ok I am not gonna lie it hurt but I am not gonna let them boss me around anymore! I changed into a Aeropostale shirt and jeans with some purple flats and walked out.
