(3rd pov)
The Olympians, the gods and goddess that everyone knows, but there are some they do not know, some so powerful that Zeus himself fears them, some so powerful they could destroy the cosmic order the Olympians had setup. One of the people they feared and respected was the goddess Nyx, the goddess of the night. She lives in the Far East and sometimes her own night dimension.

You were currently training with your father who had a smirk plastered on his face as he punched you in the stomach making you spit a little bit of blood and fall on the ground. "Go easy in the boy Anber" Your mother scolded your father as he laughed nervously and apologetic, helping you up. "Are you going to setup the night blanket?" You asked your mother who was ready to leave. " Yes child, the time for night has come" she replied smiling as she began to float off the ground. "Can I come with you?" You asked with excitement printed in your face.
"Come, let us go" She replied as you jumped with excitement before flying with her. You watched as the bright sky turn black, the stars shimmering in the sky, and animals laying down to sleep after a along hard day.

(Your pov)
After me and mother had setup the blanket we went down to Earth to what the mortals call McDonalds, moth said they had great food so I wouldn't mind trying. "How do you like the mortal world?" She asked breaking the silence. I thought about it, the air here isn't the best, a lot of animals are gone. "It could be better, the air here is hard.y breathable. And You can barely the bright beautiful stars." I answered as our food was brought to us.
I had what the mortals called (F/F), it was pretty good. My mom was chuckling look at me, I was wondering why but realized I was eating too fast. "Sorry, I couldn't help it" I said nervously laughing. "I told you they had good food" She replied finishing her burger. When we were done eating we left the place and walked along the streets watching over the humans.
As we were walking my mom was suddenly pulled into a corner by a rather tall person, they had a knife next to her neck and a mask covering their face. "If you scream I will slice your neck" The man said in a low but deep tone. I was completely enraged, how dare this mortal treat my mother like this?! My mother remained surprisingly calm and looked at me.
"You better let her go" I said as teal eyes began to slightly glow, my voice becoming like a growl, and skin turn into scales. "Oh? And wh-" before the person could finish speaking I punched him in the stomach successfully making him let go of my mother and drop the knife. The man began to pick himself up but before he could fully get up I stomped my foot into his chest as he spat blood. "Let go!" He coughed out trying to break free. "You dare threaten my mother and take advantage of the dark? People like you are scums!" I shouted as blue fire began to form in my right hand.
"N-no...please, I-I'm Sorry!" He shouted almost crying. "Die!" I yelled before throwing the fire at him as he screamed in pain slowly burning away his flesh and bones. "Well that takes care of that" I casually said as I started to calm downed. "Lets go home mother" I added turning around to face my mom who had a smile on her face. She nodded as we flew off.

When we got home my dad looked a little upset, my mother seemed to pick up on this and asked what was wrong. "The camp needs help...someone has stolen Zeus master bolt and if it isn't returned by summer there could be all out war" He explained as I listened closely.
