Everything began with nothingness. Dark, empty space with nothing to fill it. A void that emitted no sound, no light, it was just...nothing. This nothingness stayed this way for a millennia but one day it became bored of itself. It no longer wanted to be nothing. It wanted to create something of itself. So, it swallowed itself and rebirthed as something else. This being was named Origin. Origin was formless, but embraced it's new existence.
But, eventually, he became lonely. So, he made two beings, who did have a form. He called these two sons Creation and Destruction. They were beautiful beings that were both gentle and wise. They both looked incredibly different from each other, one with golden blond curls and beautiful tan skin, and the other with pitch black hair and pale skin. They were to keep Origin company's other songs and stories but even they became lonesome.
They begged their creator to give them a land where they could live and make their own creations like he had. Origin bad for his creations and decided he would grant them their only wish. So, he created a world of two realms. One realm would be one of the gods and the other of their people. He let his children reside on this new world but he couldn't join them. He knew that if he were to take a physical form he wouldn't be able to come back to his original form above all where he could watch over his people and guide them. So he stayed where he was.
His creations flourished on their new land. Creation gave himself a new name, Cronus, and Destruction renamed himself Genesis. Cronus created fields and forests, while Genesis created beautiful caves and caverns, waterfalls and oceans. The two created a beautiful world for their people that mimicked their own realm created by their creator.
Then one day Cronus came up with a brilliant idea. He made more of himself. He made four beings. Hallem, Konnor, and Michel. These he called angels. They were beautiful beings that had beautiful tan skin like him and different shades of brown for their hair. They all had blue eyes. Cronus took pride in his creations and bragged of them. This mad Genesis angry. He pleaded for his creator to give him the ability to also make his own lesser gods but he was met with silence. He mourned and exiled himself for years, hating himself and his creator for not giving him the same ability as his brother. He then came out of hiding with the idea to ask his brother to make him his lesser gods for him. At first Cronus was defiant and didn't want to but after years of being nagged and pestered he caved. But, he was not happy.
Joy engulfed Cronus, his creations were beautiful. They were smart and innocent. They built their own creations, some immortal and some mortal. Humans were soon created as well. He watched them and praised them. But there was a problem. His brother Genesis was jealous of him. Genesis would scream and moan for him to create creations for him but Origin told him no. Origin spoke to Cronus saying Genesis was who he was, he wasn't meant to create good he was meant to destroy evil. So, Cronus sent him away, rejecting his idea of making lesser gods for him. And so Genesis became depressed and hid himself away.
Cronus couldn't help but feel bad for his brother. He had been the reason for his pain. So, he came for his brother to tell him he would grant him one wish. Genesis asked again about making him lesser gods. So Cronus did, even though he had been told by Origin not to. So as a catch Cronus made lesser gods of destruction and darkness, angering his brother greatly. His brother came down on him with anger and hate, and did bad, bad things to him. He took away his innocence and his eyes.
He locked Cronus away In a tomb where he torchered and beat him. He did many other, unmentionable things. This angered Origin greatly so, he locked Genesis away into his own tomb, not to be found unless innocence found and cured him of his evil. He also granted Cronus freedom but it had been too late.
Cronus was blind and hurt. Not just physically but psychologically. He thought he deserved to be punished so, he stayed in his tomb. He stayed In his tombs for centuries, becoming malnourished and even more broken. I'm his mind he was the bad guy. He destroyed his brother life. He made him evil. It was all his fault so he deserved to be punished.
So now he lays in a temple, somewhere deep in the human realm. Somewhere cold...that's all he knew. There was snow and wind. That was all he could feel.
