As we enter the great hall. I notice someone staring at me. He was tall dark and pale faced. He looked like an older version of me. It was quite fascinating. Johnny Abernathy..... Slytherin. James Duncan...... Ravenclaw "Alex Granger", the old witch said. I walk up and she sits the hat on my head. "Slytherin", the hat roars and so does the Slytherin crowd. I walk over and sat down by myself. I like being by myself. It makes me seem more mysterious. As the sorting ceremony continued to keep staring at me. I tried to ignore him.
now i'm sitting in the common room. Everybody is in bed now but i like staying up at night. I guess I should write mom a letter saying i made it.
Dear mom,
This is Alex, just so you know. I made it to hogwarts. The head of house looks exactly like me. It's weird but Fascinating. They say that you always have 5 people in the world who look like you . Anyway I am Pleased to inform you that you have a Slytherin in the family! I can't wait for classes to start.
