The judging period will start when all the categories are qualified on the amount of entries it should have which is 5-6 and each judge will be given books which you can check on the Judging period chart that we will publish

Also for the Grand Champion all the Judges will messgae me on which fanfic it on stood out the best for us to make the announcement on which fanfic stands out for them the most since some judges will be judging more categories

If the book has won on its category and have won as the grand champion or champion qualifier they are still valid but the higher prize will be considered

PARTICIPANTS
Okay we have come to this... If you all know we still lack entries on Seokjin categories specially BTS II. Category, even though Namjoon and Hoseok categories are all qualified we will still accept entries for them and not close them rigth away

There are few spaces on a Solo categories like Yoongs. ( edit: Yoongi category is full now too ) Few more and they're closed but for those categories that are mentioned above they lack more.

Follow the judge(s) you are assigned to if not you will be disqualify specially when you unfollowed the host, this account and your judge

We lack judges on Whole BTS, BTS II. ( both participants and judge ) and Imagines along with the Solo categories so if you know more people who could join and judge tag them okay ? Specially participants

Unlike other contest we will give judges fewer time I guess but not that fast okay ? Since judges have more than 1 category to judge

Our judging period is on summer break so the judges will not be that tight on schedules. Please inform us early if you will back out so we can re-open more slots

Its a program and an event for the writers that wants to be more skilled on writing we will be providing a lot training from now on so be prepared

It's more like a summer camp
