I went down along with Michael to the rest of the boys cabins. As soon as I knocked they all came out all ready in their uniforms.
"Boys you ready?" I asked trying to be strong for my group.
"Yes Sgt." The men said all at once.
We started to walk toward the base. I looked behind and saw one of my men, Luke, the youngest standing behind.
"Luke you coming?" I asked.
"Umm. Yea. Sgt. Can I talk to you?" Luke asked.
"Sure Luke what's up?" I asked him but still keeping an eye on my men.
"Sgt. I may sound weak but I'm nervous and scared." He told me.
"It's okay. I understand. Your the youngest one on this team. plus it's your first battle. I'm nervous to. But listen to me on this. I will do what ever it takes to protect my men. I will not let anything, I mean anything happen to us." I said.
"Thanks Sgt " He said.
"No problem Luke. We have a battle to fight."
"Ok but where are they right now Sgt." Luke Said with a confused look on his eyes.
"Right outside the camp about a mile." Said Sgt.
"Well then let's get ready." Luke Said
