18. I love ........ ?

Before Reading this part , i want to inform you few things about the story.

• This story will remain emotional , twisted and complicated till end.

• Please try to read this story putting your possessiveness for Manik character at side because Abhi is also not at fault , like Manik , he also love Nandini.

• Nandini will come to know at the end of story that whom She really loves. It will remain a suspense.

"Why are you making the things difficult for yourself , Nandini , you have to choose one person between us, by giving divorce, i just want to make the things easy for you"Manik said while Nandini was crying badly looking at him and his each and every words were clearly showing that how selflessly he loved Nandini , he was just thinking about her. He didn't want that she should take any decision thinking about their marriage and the favours which he did for her in his love.

"Manik , why you are not understanding that i need time , i will tell him the truth, he loved me so much Manik and you too loved me so much , i just don't know how to break somebody heart because i have gone through that pain , my heart has broken once , i know the pain of heart breaking , it is not easy to break someone heart , Manik , it is not easy"she was not thinking whom she loved , more than that she was thinking who will get hurt by her decision , she didn't want to break anybody heart.

But it was impossible in her case because one heart had to break . If she will choose Manik , Abhi's heart will break and if she will choose Abhi , Manik's heart will break. So in both cases one heart had to break.

"Nandini , why you are thinking that who will get hurt by your decision ? you need to think about the person whom you love "from starting he was trying to make her understand that she should think about the person whom she loved.

"I don't know , i mean i know that i love you "she said while cubbing his face still crying and also having a light smile on her face "but I don't know why i always get stop whenever i try to tell him the truth"she was saying to him everything which was going in her mind.

"Because you love him"he said while Nandini looked another side disappointedly because she got tired after listening from him again and again that she loved Abhi but still she was not ready believe on his words.

"Okay fine let's make the things more easy for you , just close your eyes" Nandini looked at him confusingly after listening his words. "Please, close your eyes"he requested and she immediately closed her eyes and more tears fell down from her eyes.

"Imagine a person is smiling , looking at you "he asked her to imagine and she immediately opened her eyes . " the person whom you imagined , he is the only one whom you love "he said and she was looking at him shockingly.

"Who did you see? "he asked in worried tone because somewhere he was sure that she had seen Abhi but his heart was getting desperate to know the answer because his heart was feeling that the person whom she had seen , that person was Manik.

But giving shock to Manik , she ran out of the house without giving any answer to him. Manik was standing there confused. "I wish you had seen my face"Manik saying this sat on the couch.

After an hour Nandini came back home. She wasn't crying now but her eyes got swollen because of constant crying. She found Manik sitting there only. After Nandini left , he was feeling that Nandini will surely come after sometime that's why he was waiting for her. He was scared to hear her Answer because he loved her and he didn't want to lose her.

"Manik" she called him and he immediately got up after seeing her. " Manik , I know now that whom i really love" his heart started beating more faster than before "the face which i had seen " she was creating a suspense.

"I love Abhi" he felt aching in his heart after hearing her words and from her eyes tear fell down because she was breaking his heart.

He was sure that she loved Abhi but he was having a hope that may she will choose him and this was more painful for him because after her confession , he lost that hope also. She herself accepted that she loved Abhi. He couldn't able to control his tears and they started falling down.

"Manik , you were right"she closed her eyes saying this and more tears fell down from her eyes. "I still love Abhi , i was just feeling guilty to break your heart because you are the only person who supported me when no one was there with me , you gave your name to my baby and you married me to give a name to our relationship to close the mouth of people and you did a lot for me that's why it was getting difficult for me to accept that I don't love you "she accepted whatever he was saying to her before , now he was just silently crying looking at her.

"Manik , i still want to choose you because really i don't want to break your heart , you have done a lot for me and if today i will leave you , i will do wrong with you , please don't cry , it is hurting me "she requested when she was herself crying badly.

Listening her words he wiped his all tears" Okay , I won't cry"he palmed his face and taking a deep breath he said after removing his hand from his face. He was trying to be strong for her because he didn't want that his tears will make her weak.

"Nandini , it is good that you know now that whom you love and i am happy that you have accepted this in front of me , i love you and i just want to see you happy and your happiness is with Abhi then how can i permit you to stay with me "in his worst state also he was trying make her understand , it was clearly visible that how truly he loved her.

"But i don't want to break your heart Manik , it is hurting a lot , why are you so good ? No no I can't, I can't , i just can't break your heart"she said nodding her head like a mad person , she was going crazy because she didn't want this to be happened and She never wanted to become the reason of his pain.

"Shut up , shut up , enough of your drama"after hearing his shout, she looked at him shockingly. "Sign the paper and leave this house" he said after picking up the divorce paper from the table. "Take this and sign it fast , I don't want to waste my more time in making you understand"he said throwing the paper on her face and she cried loudly after closing her eyes.

She knew , he was shouting like this on her because he wanted her to sign the paper without thinking about him and his selfless love was making her more and more weak to break her relation with him. He was having no mistake in all this.

"I am sorry"she said after picking the paper from the floor and Manik turned back and he cried silently , he didn't want to cry in front of her because he knew his tears will make her more weak. His heart was breaking into million of pieces at this moment , he wanted to stop her from signing the paper but he couldn't because she didn't love him , she loved someone. He knew that he have to let her go.

Wiping his tears , he turned back and she was gone. He saw the paper was kept on the table and taking slow step he started walking toward table where the divorce paper were kept. He didn't know why now he was feeling that she left without signing the paper.
