"Hi! I'm Claudia, a well known journalist in the town of Concardia. This is a small town we have here but it's my beautiful home. I recently heard there was some- OH! It's here!" Claudia said to her small little black camera she always carries around. While pushing threw the busy crowd she comes along to meet an old friend.
"Steven!" She shouts,
"Ah! Claudia!" He replies lifting her into the air then setting her down into a tight hug.
"Welcome back Steven" Claudia says.
Pulling away from their reunited hug, the two giggled.
"Where's your little friend Hm?" Steven asks, as he messes up Claudia's hair as she gently fixes it, groaning in the process.
"I don't know where she is, do you have the-" Claudia started soon being interrupted as Steven gave her a big brown bag, Claudia squealed a little as she put the bag over her shoulder, also putting her camera in the bag.
"How was your trip?" Claudia asked her friend who was towering above her. She never thought Steven was so much taller than her, she noticed a little, every time he leaned on her for support... but she couldn't complain much because she always appreciated his company.
"Fine" He groaned.
Claudia looked at him confused until he put his hand on her shoulder.
"Listen" he said, Claudia listening to his voice not having a care what else was going on. He leaned closer to Claudia's ear,
"I joined a Mafia....." He whispered,
"WHAT!?" Claudia screamed outlaid. Steven shushed Claudia as many people turned to stare at the two.
"It's a protective Mafia, the one that protects this town!" Steven said to Claudia making it obvious that she must not blow his cover. Claudia sighed and walked with him to their apartment in the center of town. Claudia was still shocked over it and had a million or so questions to ask him.
Once inside their apartment, they both crashed on the couch and Claudia started with her questions.
"Whats the mafia Called?" She asked
"Dragon Blood" he answered
"Do you know anyone?"
"Yeah"
"Who?"
"Laura, Molly, Kaitlyn, Ross, Sean and Charlotte"
"Surnames please!"
"Please tell me-" Steven asked but was cut off when he saw his friend jotting down notes as he was talking, he sighed and told her:
"Laura Price, Molly Conolley, Kaitlyn Clayton, Ross Johnson, Sean Craig and Charlotte Romanova"
Claudia finished writing her notes and smiled.
"I'm gonna hit the hay" Steven said,
"Welcome back to Concardia!" Claudia called, before hearing the snoring of her friend, she giggled and went to the balcony as a brown owl flew and landed on the railings, she petted it.
"Hiya Heather!" She smiled, the owl went onto her shoulder as Claudia went inside and went to her room. She changed, read over her notes and said goodnight to her pet owl, softly drifting to her dream land she always seemed to visit in her sleep. Claudia wondered about the rest of the Mafia......
