Backstory: Blissa was going to be in a organization called the Black Guard. A rebellious group who freed little children who were reaped. It was called Black Keepers in contradiction to the peacekeepers. Her codename was going to be Black Valentine. She was train day and night by her parents. One day it was going to be her first mission was to take a girl to their hideout. Her name was Amy. She failed the mission and got caught and stuck in the utopia the Capitol. She then was behind the scenes with District 13 but soon after she was caught and instead of being destroyed she was forcefully put into the hunger games. She was put into District 12 with a new family until the hunger games begin.
