It was now 7th period, and I really had to go to the restroom.
I raised my hand." Mr. Bill, could I go to the restroom?" I asked in a small shy voice.
Mr. Bill clearly hesitated before nodding his head." Sure Alyssa, you can go to the restroom, just be back within 5 minutes."
When I'm on my way to the restroom; I bump into something hard. I fell and I don't remember anything after that.

I remember waking up in my room. I looked out the window and it was dark. I don't remember the rest of the school day; I wonder what happened. I got up and heard talking downstairs. It sounded like my moms voice and a males voice.
As I made my way downstairs; I could start making out some of the things they were talking about.
"Well, Thank you for bringing her home." My mom said to the man.
"Your welcome. Just doing what the nurse told me to do." He said. It sounded like I knew that voice from somewhere before but i just couldn't put my finger on in.
I was almost all the way down the steps when I called out, " Mom where are you?" Her and the guy stopped talking.
"I'm in the living room sweetie." She said then continued to talk with the guy.
When I finally made my way into the living room I could not beleive who it was. It was my old friend Josh. Josh and I used to be really good friends until. about the middle of eigth grade. Josh started becoming popular, and eventually started drifting apart from each other.

Liams POV
After I got done talking to the nurse I went to the office to get Alyssa's address. No I was not taking Alyssa home; I am going to get Josh to do it since they used to be friends.
Josh said that he would stay with her until her mom got home, and then he would leave.

Josh's POV (probably only pov)
As I was driving Alyssa to her house; I started thinking why we stopped being friends in the first place. I was becoming popular, she wasn't, we started drifting apart from there.
Shortly after I got there her mom showed up. I was hoping to be gone before Alyssa woke up.
"Well thank you gor bringing her home." Her mother said. She was always so nice.
"Your welcome just doing what the nurse told me to do." I said I was fixing to leave because I wanted to be gone before Alyssa woke. But that didn't work.
"Mom where are you?" I heard Alyssa call out.
"I'm in the living room sweetie." She said.
"You should stay for a little bit. You and Alyssa should catch up." Her mother said.
"I would love to but my mother wants me home by dinner. I'm sorry maybe another time?" I said although I doubt I was coming back here.
"Sure sweetie." She said but there was something more in her voice. It sounded like she was......hurt? I must be hearing things.
"Well I really should be heading home now. Bye Alyssa. Bye Elizabeth." I said. She didn't like it when she got called by her last name she said it made her feel old.
While I was on my way home; I was thinking me and Alyssa could become friends again. Or atleast be on speaking terms.

"Mom I'm home." I called as I walked through the front door.
"I'm in the kitchen making dinner. Go wash up and get ready to eat." My mom demanded from the kitchen.
"Yes ma'me." I mentally groaned.
When I got out of the shower I could smell spaghetti. I hurried and got downstairs.
After I got done eating I went to sleep. I mean afterall I do have school in the morning. Maybe I could sort things out with Alyssa. Maybe we could start talking again. She was always a good listener when I need to get some things off of my chest. I really hope we could become friends again.
