Chapter 42

~Two Month Later~

Hendry was helping Farmer Yumi with carrying some boxes of eggs to her truck. Ryder was watching the chicken with Rubble seeing the momma chicken was scratching the floor and pecking it with her chicks pecking too.

"Ryder when do you plan to have pups?" Rubble ask.

"Well, Henry and I are planning to start a family when we're ready. Just not now, Rubble." Ryder smile while petting one chick.

"Oh, okay!" Rubble smiled.

Thunder bark happily while wagging his tail. He looks at Hendry whos sighed and weep away some sweat. 

"Well, we're done here. Anything else you need help with Farmer Yumi?" Hendry ask.

"No dear. That was all it. Thanks for helping me carry the gallons of milk and boxes of eggs." Farmer Yumi smiled and climb into her truck and wave bye to everyone and left her farm.

"Well, we better get going," Ryder said standing up smiling.

~In The Mountains~

"That is how my brother and I help each other to earn this badge together." Mayor Goodway smiled.

Rocky and Skye's tails were wagging and smiling at Mayor Goodway's story. Chickaletta was watching her owner for a while and jump off the log and walk along pecking the ground.

"Don't go too far, Chickaletta!" Mayor Goodway said smiling at her chicken.

"Mayor Goodway did you and your brother ever have an argument about a thing when you were small?" Skye said sitting on the floor.

"Well, Gustavo and I would never fight with each other but sometimes we would disagree with each other and argue about who's right. Oh, those were fun." Mayor Goodway chuckle. "Anyways we should start working on getting your bird call badges."

Rocky and Skye both cheer and went running to find some birds. Mayor Goodway smiled and stood up and clap her hands. She looked around trying to find Chickaletta but couldn't.

"Chickaletta! Where are you? Where you go?" Mayor Goodway shouted. "Oh, where did you run off too, Chickaletta." 

Mayor Goodway started walking to where Chickaletta went leaving behind her phone. She gasp when she heard her chicken squawking loud. Mayor Goodway then started running to her dear pets distressed calls.

"Don't worry Chickaletta!!" She said still running and gasp when she almost fell into a deep ditch. "Chickaletta are you in there!?" 

Mayor Goodway heard her beloved pet squawks but gasp in horror when the ledge crumbles and making her fall inside the ditch.

Rocky smiled when he found some red birds and try making the same sound as them but groan.

"Man this is hard." Rocky sighed looking at Skye making a Robin call. Kinda.

"Wait, where's Mayor Goodway?" Skye said looking around.

"I think she went looking for Chickaletta," Rocky said looking at the trail to the camp.

"This long...maybe we should check on them," Skye said walking to the camp.

Rocky nod and follow after Skye hoping nothing bad had happened to the mayor and chicken.

~Watchtower~

Ryder smiled seeing that he finally finish bandaging up Hendry's back, who fell off a tree while getting an apple.

"You really need to be careful, Hendry," Ryder said serious making Hendry chuckle.

"Oh, don't worry love. I had worst." Hendry smiled but frown.

Ryder was looking down sadly knowing what he meant because he was the cause of the damage that he got. He gasps when he felt his chin being pulled up and was kissed by his boyfriend.

"Hey...don't be thinking of the past. It happened so what. It also wasn't your fault." Hendry said softly.

"But-" Ryder said but was shush by Hendry's lips.

"No..." He said softly and kiss his lover but deeper this time.

Ryder mewled and wrap his arms around his lover's neck and gasp when he was pulled into Hendry's laps and making his legs wrap around his waist.

"How long since we did it, Ryder." Hendry groans while kissing his neck and leaving hickeys. 

"I-I don't remember." Ryder gasp while leaning close to Hendry.

"Well, it's been 2 months," Hendry growled and made Ryder lay down on the medical bed. (Yup I make Hendry suffer!!!!)

He pulled off Ryder's shirt revealing his beautiful, and innocent skin that was lean and perfect. He licks his lips and started kissing on Ryder sensitive spot making him gasp and mewl at the touches. Ryder was trembling and moan softly when they kissed each other again but deeper. Hendry growled and started to under-do Ryder's pants but groan in anger when the pad ring.

"WHYY!!" Hendry growled.

Ryder was blushing deep red and grab his pad to see it was Rocky. Hendry raises s brow and watches his lover swipe the answer call.

"Ryder! We need help!!" Skye bark worriedly.

"Skye!? What's wrong? Why do you have Rocky's collar???" Ryder sat up looking at his pad worried.

"Rocky fine Ryder, but Mayor Goodway and I aren't! Were inside a deep ditch with Chickaletta. She sprained her ankle and I hurt my paw. Please, come help!!" Skye whined.

"Were on our way!" Ryder said and hung up. "We have to go fast!"

Hendry nods and hand his boyfriend shirt to him and putting his shirt on too. They both left the room in a hurry and Ryder press the call button for the pups to come.

~The Mountains~

Rocky whined. They found MayorGoodway but sadly Skye went a bit to close to the crumbling ledge. Rocky tried saving her but she only manages to grab his collar and rip it off by how hard she bit on it. 

"Skye how you holding!?" Rocky shouted.

"Were okay! I just hope Ryder can save us three!" Skye bark.

"Don't worry! I know he can!!" Rocky said and smiled brightly when he heard his mate's car sires. "There coming!!"

Chase was the first to park and run off his police car and run to Rocky who smiles and hug his mate when he hugs him tightly.

"You're okay." chase whisper while holding him close.

"I'm fine but Skye isn't," Rocky whined.

"Skye!!!" Everest barked.

"Everest!! I'm okay!!" Skye shouted.

Ryder ran to the others with Rubble behind and Marshall. He gasps at how huge the ditch was and gasps again when he almost fell into the ditch but Hendry pulled him back quickly. He smiled at his lover and look at the ditch once again. How on earth are they gonna save them without them falling in too?
