Heya to my friends you know the ones who commented. So since you like it I'll try to add to it... but honestly I feel as if I didn't write it lol. Okay on with it then....
------------------
Sighing as I walk up the steps to my new school I gaze around. Glancing at the different cliques. The Cheer squad ogling the Jocks to the right. The stoners off the corner of the steps blazed and in their own little world. The Nerds and Geeks under the tree reading or playing on their laptops. The Goths and Emos walking and talking off campus. The group of outcasts sat on the school sign with no cares.
Lowering my head as to not bring attention to myself I make my way to the door to the school. Listening as the whispers and rumors begin. I could hear them as loud as day but they seemed to not care.
"Is she new?"
"What is she wearing?"
"Is that her natural hair color?"
"Why is she looking down?"
"Why do we get all the freaks this year?"
"Wonder why she just transferred in?"
I sigh once again when I get to the stairs. I make it up three steps only to be pushed down. I glance up with a glare to see who I presume is the head Cheer leader. She glared back at me and makes a disgusted face.
"Look guys new meat! I bet she's a freshmen. You know what that means. Freshmen initiation." She sneers at me.
"I'm a senior. So sorry but there won't be a initiation. Try it and see why I'm here instead of my old school." I dare her. She steps back unsure of my words.
"Girls got gall to stand up to you, right Amanda?" A guy asks from behind her.
"She just doesn't know her place yet that's all." She whimpered out trying to save face.
"Oh I'm sure I'll find out real quick. Just as you will find out why I got transferred." I sneered and then added a smile. Bumping past her I walk up the rest of the stairs only to meet a wall of a body. Looking up into a pair of golden eyes I step back and return my gaze to the floor."Excuse me." I spit out and move around him into the building. Only hearing a deep joyful chuckle as I walk to the main office with a light blush on my cheeks.
Once in the office I see a little old lady in her late forties behind a desk. She glances up at me as the door closes with a jingle. She smiles as I walk up to her desk clearing my throat."Hi um, I'm the new girl Rain Withers. I just transferred here-" I was then cut off by a soft melody like chuckle.
"Oh darling, I know who you are, see we don't get new kids here a lot. Especially not in the middle of the year. But reading over your file I understand the circumstances and hope that our school welcomes you with open arms." She speaks in a southern accent.
'Well they welcomed me but not kindly...' I thought to myself as I did an eye-roll.
"Was there anything you needed Darling?"
"Not really ma'am." I comment. "Just my schedule? I don't wish to be late." She nods printing it up and handing it to me. I smile back and walk out into the main hall.
Now to start my day... Lost in a new school.
I look at my schedule and sigh. Math for first period sounds extremely boring. I look around in an attempt to find the right direction for the room number 216. I noticed after a few moments of looking the room numbers don't go up to 200 on this floor and let out a soft groan. "Upstairs we go!" I mumbled to myself while heading towards the stairs on the left.
As I make way up the stairs I bump into Cheerleader chick once more. Oh just Great...
"Watch where you're going weirdo!" She sneers at me and I shoot her a grin.
"Weirdo? That the best you could come up with in the air head of yours?" Softly I shook my head grinning.
"No that's just the beginning of insults to come! I can't wait for the principle to tell you to take out your piercings!" She huffs out. As I am about to make a come back a hand was placed on my shoulder and the cheer freak bears a smug look.
"Miss Withers, Miss Joan is correct. You need to take those out." The principle comments as I grimace.
"Fine tomorrow I will have them out. I will have spacers from now on. Since you can't legally make me remove them. If you do try I can file a case against you." I remark back as I pull my shoulder out of his grasp.
"So you know the law Miss Withers. I commend you on that but don't make idle threats to me again. Now girls off to class." He says as he retreats. I roll my eyes making my way up the stairs.
Finding my class is once again my top priority. At the top of the stairs I see room 216 a few doors down. As I make my way to the classroom I get an uneasy feeling in my gut. Entering the class I catch the gaze of the students and the oh so seemingly familiar silver eyes from my night terrors. I grasp at my chest and nearly drop to my knees.
The teacher runs over to me as I pull myself together telling myself it's not possible it's just a dream. I stop the teacher from touching me and stand tall taking deep breaths. I then plastered on my most believable smile.
"Sorry about that I have heart problems I'll be okay in a bit." I then make my way carefully to the back of the class. There I found an empty chair as far away from the silver eyes as I could. I dropped my belongings beside me and placed my head down.
This day Is going to be fun....
