Author: *gasps* SURPRISE CHAPTER!
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Amy was getting to know Aaron and Aria a lot on the train ride to Hogwarts. Even though she had only met them, Amy felt like they were old friends she met a long time ago. Felix looked out the window and to his surprise they were almost at the end of their journey.
"Guys I think we should change into our robes. We are almost at Hogwarts." Felix suggested.
"You're right. Amy can come with me to change while you change here." Aria explained.
"Okay. Here let me help you get your trunk down for you Amy." Aaron replied.
Aaron reached up and pulled Amy's trunk down. He then handed it to Amy. Amy took it and set it down on the seat and opened it. She then sifted through the clothing to find her robes. Amy then opened up the secret compartment in her trunk, took out her locket, and closed the trunk almost immediately after. Amy then followed Aria who had gotten her robes out of her backpack she had with her. The two then proceeded over to the changing rooms. Once there they saw huge lines to get changed.
"Um....excuse me? Are you Amilia Crosswood from The Daily Prophet?" one girl asked.
"Yes I am." Amy answered.
"Here you and your friend can go ahead of me. I'm not in a rush to get back to my compartment anyways." the girl replied.
Amy and Aria got in line ahead of the girl. After the two were changed they went back to the compartment. To their surprise Aaron and Felix had already changed into their robes. They went inside and sat down with them. Amy got to know Aaron and Aria a little bit better for the rest of the journey. As they came up to the station Felix started to get up.
"Where are you going Felix? The train hasn't stopped yet." Amy asked.
"The seventh years are the first ones on the carriages to Hogwarts. I don't want to be late. Coming Aria?" Felix replied.
"I think I will stay to make sure these two know where to go." Aria explained.
Felix went off to the carriages on his own.
"Aria you can go you know. I can make sure she gets to the boats in time." Aaron exclaimed.
"Okay if you say so." Aria replied.
Aria went off to the carriages with the other sixth year students. Aaron and Amy waited for the second and first year students to go. Soon enough, they were off to the platform. But as they got onto the platform they saw a huge crowd of people gathered around something. They looked up to see the dark mark. Evidence that a Death Eater has been here. They pushed their way through the crowd to see the limp lifeless body of Amy's brother. Amy ran up to Felix hoping he wasn't gone.
"Come on Felix wake up, wake up please! Don't leave me all alone here. Please you're the only family I got left!"" Amy pleaded.
Aaron then walked up to her to try to comfort her.
"Amy come on you're making a scene." Aaron exclaimed.
"No. He can't be gone! He can't be! He promised to stay with me!" Amy cried.
Aaron guided Amy over to a nearby bench. Aaron then saw the other second years starting to head off towards the carriages.
"Amy I have to go now, okay? I will see you at The Great Hall." Aaron explained.
Then a girl with platinum blonde hair and bright blue eyes walked up to her.
"Are you okay? I'm Cassie." The girl asked.
"Whoever killed him is going to regret it!" Amy growled.
"We'll find them. Whoever killed him. Whoever killed them. Me, you, and Gish." Cassie promised.
Amy followed Cassie to a boat with a boy who appeared to be her friend already inside.
"Hi, I'm Gish. Don't worry we're friends now and friends help each other." Gish reassured.
The boats then lurched forward to reveal Hogwarts just around the bend.
"It's Hogwarts!" Gish exclaimed.
"I can't believe we're finally here!" Cassie said excitedly.
Shortly after the long boat ride, Gish, Cassie, and Amy walked up onto the shoreline. Amy's eyes widened at the pure size of Hogwarts. She could tell that already she had a lot waiting ahead of her.
