Author: I just thought I'd let you readers know that I may post more than one chapter for both of my fanfics today.

I just wanted to get that out of the way before this chapter begins so, without further ado let's get on with today's chapter.

Amy and Felix were outside of the tent playing tag when their mother started to call out to them.

"Amilia, Felix! Can you two go to the grocery store and pick up some supplies? We are running low."Arianna called.

"Alright Mom! Come on Amy lets go. The sooner we go the sooner we can start playing again."Felix replied.

Amy and Felix headed over to Diagon Alley for the morning. They take a while grabbing everything on the list to make sure they grab the right stuff. Felix hands the shopkeeper the money needed and they head on back home. When they get home however instead of seeing their mother and father they see Rufus Scrimgeour, the Minister of Magic. Curious they walk up closer to him.

"Hello Minister! What can we help you with?"Felix greeted.

"Wait, where's our Mom and Dad?"Amy asked.

"You must be Felix and Amilia Crosswood. Correct?"Rufus asked.

"Yes, what can we help you with?"Felix asked.

"I have dreadful news. You might want to sit down."Rufus explained.

Amy and Felix invited the Minister inside, set the groceries on the table and sat down.

"Your parents were recently murdered by the Death Eaters of You Know Who. We don't know how but he's back and stronger than ever before."Rufus explained.

"What? No! You're lying!" Amy exclaimed in disbelief.

"It's the truth Miss Crosswood. I am here to discuss where you'll be staying." Rufus explained.

"I am not going to let you split us up. I won't have it!" Felix shouted.

"Relax Mr. Crosswood. Since you are almost at the age of 17 you will be your sister's caretaker. To help out, the ministry will give you some money to start off with. Seeming that you have been living like this for months now."" Rufus replied.

"Alright. Is that all?" Felix asked.

"Yes. Oh and before I forget. Professor McGonnagall asked me to bring this to you." Rufus explained.

The minister handed Amy a letter which she recognized as a Hogwarts letter. She took the letter a tear falling from her face and just as suddenly as he appeared he was gone.

"It's my Hogwarts letter!" Amy explained cheering up a little bit.

"Come on let's get inside and talk about what's going to happen." Felix instructed.

They both walked inside the tent and went to the small wooden stump that served as their table.

"So, what I think we should do is go to The Leaky Cauldron and get a room there. That way we will be away from here where the Death Eaters may still be. Also, we will be around other wizards so we will be more protected from the Death Eaters. What do you think?" Felix suggested.

"I think that may be our best option let's get packed. If you want Felix we can use the Undetectable Extension Charm on my handbag so that we will have somewhere to put everything. You know the spell don't you?" Amy replied.

"Of course I do! I learned it in school. One moment let me get my wand." Felix assured.

Felix went and got his wand. In the meantime, Amy went and started folding her clothes and sheets up.

"Found it!"Amy exclaimed.

"Where was it?"Felix asked walking over.

"In my room oddly enough."Amy explained.

Amy handed Felix her bag. Felix took the bag and set it down on the ground getting ready to perform the spell.

"Capacious Extremis!" Felix casted pointing his wand at the bag.

Felix handed the bag back to Amy and went back to his room to pack up. After a while they had packed up all the stuff inside, they took down the tent and packed that up as well. The two hopped on their broomsticks and headed off towards the leaky cauldron. In a short while they were there. They landed in the nearby woods and put their broomsticks inside Amy's bag and headed on inside to the receptionist.

"One room for two please!" Felix requested.

The receptionist looked up and gave a shocked look.

"You're them! The children in The Daily Prophet!" The receptionist exclaimed.

"I'm sorry. What exactly do you mean?" Felix asked curiously.

"Why haven't you checked the paper yet young man? You're story is all over the news. I am so sorry for your loss. Here,"" The receptionist explained handing them their room key "On the house."

"Thanks....um...I guess."Felix thanked accepting the key"Come on Amilia lets go to our room."

"Thank you Miss!"Amy thanked putting a couple knuts in the tips jar.

"Have a good night you two. If you need anything at all just let me know." The receptionist explained calling after them.

Amy and Felix walked up the staircase and walked into their room. They then started to explore it thoroughly.

"Amy you take that bedroom while I'll take the one closest to the front door."Felix explained.

"Okay Felix. I'm going to bed. We've had lots of excitement today." Amy informed.

"Okay see you in the morning." Felix answered.

"See you in the morning." Amy replied.

Amy reached in her bag and got out Felix's bag with his clothes then handed it to him. The two then went to their bedrooms, got into their pajamas, and went to sleep.
