Skye froze, looking around at Sam and Cas quickly as she bit her bottom lip lightly. She saw Sam move towards Cas, watching her.
"Dean, put the gun down. We don't know what she is, so we might as well get answers before you kill her," Sam said as Cas nodded. Dean sighed and slowly lifted the gun from her temple.
"Well, last time this happened she was a bit less dirty, but dirty can be good," Dean said, and Skye sat up, holding the blanket to her chest and laughing. Dean looked down at her, his head tilted slightly.
"Really? First, you hit me with a car, then threaten to shoot me, now you're hitting on me? Are you kidding me?" Skye asked, laughing as she held the blankets around her more. Dean shifted around uncomfortably and looked down at his shoes as Sam shrugged.
"She's got a point, but we need answers. Dean, get her some clothes and we'll talk after," Sam said, looking at Dean sternly before walking out of the room, quickly followed by Cas. Dean rolled his eyes and walked to the drawers, pulling out a large plaid shirt before throwing it at her. Skye let it land next to her as she watched him carefully. He closed the drawer and looked at her, raising his eyebrows slightly.
"Well? Are you going to leave so I can change or stand there like an idiot?" She asked before Dean nodded and walked out of the room, shutting the door behind himself. She got dressed quickly, using her underwear from before as she grimaced. She'll have to go shopping soon. Skye buttoned up the shirt and looked down at herself, sighing quietly. At least it covered everything and it was warm, but even though she wasn't a dog, she could still find the faint smell of Dean on the shirt. She opened the door and saw Dean leaning on the wall, looking bored. "You ready?" She asked quietly, walking out of the room slowly. He nodded and started walking down the hallway as she followed. After a couple turns she found herself in the same room from earlier, with Sam and Cas standing by one of the tables. She sat down and looked up at them quietly as they huddled together and talked so she couldn't hear.
"Okay, first things first, what's your name?" Sam asked, sitting down as Dean sat next to him and Cas stood behind them, watching her with wide blue eyes.
"Skye Solomon. And you're Sam, Dean, and Cas," she said, pointing to each one of them in turn. They all nodded before Sam sighed.
"And what are you?" Sam asked, clasping his hands on the top of the table as Dean watched her, fiddling with the gun.
"I'm not giving you answers until you give me some. So, what are you three?" She asked, smirking slightly as Sam's eyes widened and Dean rolled his eyes. Dean looked at Sam and shrugged, sighing quietly.
"We're hunters," Sam said and Skye gasped quietly. Hunters, like the kind Philip mentioned? Were they really going to kill her just because she was a skinwalker? "Wait, you know what hunters are?" He asked as Skye shook her head quickly.
"N-no, I mean, Philip mentioned them once," Skye said quietly, her light blue eyes wide while she looked at the three men. Sam glanced at Dean before looking back at her as Dean watched her carefully.
"Who's Philip?" Dean asked, setting the gun on the table while Skye kept her eyes on it, breathing hard.
"Calm down, Skye. We just want to know, that's all," Sam said reassuringly, pushing the gun to the side of the table, facing it away from her.
Skye took a deep breath and nodded slowly. "Okay. Philip was, well, I guess he is, the leader of the pack in my home town. They wanted us to bite people and change them, to show the hunters that they could rule. I-I ran away with a guy who didn't want to join either. They were chasing us once we split up, and that's how I'm here now," Skye said before mentally scolding herself. What was wrong with her? She didn't mean to tell them that much, but something about them made her feel safe.
"So, Philip's the pack leader, and he's hunting you?" Dean asked, pointing at her as she nodded slowly and her stomach growled loudly, causing her to blush. Sam chuckled quietly and stood up, sighing.
"Okay, I think you should get some food and some sleep, then we can talk some more," Sam said as Dean and her stood up while Skye fiddled with the bottom of the shirt she was wearing. "I think there's another hamburger in the fridge," Sam said before Cas turned and walked out of the room while Skye looked down at her bare feet, chewing on her bottom lip lightly.
"I-I'm not a monster," she said quietly, keeping her eyes on her feet while the sleeves of her shirt fell over her hands. Sam nodded slightly and Dean rolled his eyes while Cas walked in with the hamburger. "Thank you," Skye told him, taking the hamburger gently from his hands. He nodded and watched her as she ate slowly. She soon finished and yawned quietly, swaying slightly.
"If you want, you can stay in my room," Cas told her, resting his hand on her shoulder as she smiled sleepily and nodded. Sam looked at them weirdly as he and Dean walked out of the room together. "Follow me." He walked out of the room as she followed, looking around as she walked. Once they got to the room, Cas opened the door to reveal a neat room and a large bed. She walked in tentatively, sitting on the bed lightly and bouncing slightly.
"Thanks, Cas, but will you stay with me? I-I'm just a bit nervous," Skye said quietly as Cas looked around nervously before nodding slowly. She smiled and laid down, crawling under the covers and pulling them up to her shoulders. Cas walked over to the other side of the bed, laying next to her carefully. She wiggled back against him, smiling sleepily before he wrapped his arms around her Skye smiled a bit more as she closed her eyes and yawned, falling asleep in Cas's arms.
