Matt's POV

I woke up because Mavis was kicking and whimpering. I wonder what she was dreaming? So I wrap my arms tightly around her, and she calmed down a little. A few moments later she woke up grasping for air, I don't think she was breathing at all.

"Hey, hey it's okay Mattie's here. I'm here don't worry about a thing." I said petting her hair and kissing her forehead. "The dream felt so real, I swear Kellen needs to stay out from them. I guess I went with him because you and I broke up then I was with him and his band and then we had fights then went back to you but you went back with Charly and it was just-" I cut her off. "I'm here and I am not going anywhere, now let's get your mind off from it and go see Evann" I said and she smiled.

We got to Charly's new house, I rang the door bell and Mavis and I stood there hand in hand nervous. She opened the door, her face fell when she saw Mavis "come on in, let me get Evann" she said as we stood in the living room "Evann daddy is here!" She yelled going into the hall. "Daddy!" He yelled and hugged me "Mavis!" He yelled and hugged her as well "what are you doing here?" He asked "I'll explain later, but go and eat something while I talk with your mum" I said and he went off.

"Charly, I came to ask you if I can spend time with Evann before I go on my next tour, I'll take him to school and I'll bring him home, before I leave" I explained. "Honey do you remember where I put my favorite shirt because I am going to go knock some sense into your stupid rockstar ex husband" Charly's new fiancee said and Mavis growled in anger.

Mavis' POV

When Charly's boy toy said stupid rockstar to Matt I swear I wasn't having it today at all. "Shut it George" was all Charly said "you take back what you said about Matt, he is not a stupid rockstar, he is an amazing one who knows how to be a better person than anyone I know" I said standing up from the couch. Then he came up to me "well is that so? Why is he so afraid to speak to Charly about giving her the money we need and taking his shitty stuff out from our house" he said gaining up to my face. I wasn't scared even if he is more buff than Matt and is his same height.

"That's enough mate, you wouldn't want to touch her or get close to her, I'm warning you" Matt said "he is not scared, he just tries to prevent fights with her so Evann won't be sad all the time because all Charly and him do is fight" I said and he pushed me onto the ground. "Charly I can't believe you let him do this to her! Control your boytoy!" Matt said angrily.

"She was looking for it and she deserves whatever was coming her way" Charly says calmly crossing her arms. "I told you to leave her alone, I will call the police, if you don't stop" Matt said then the guy turned around "oh I'm so scared" he said "leave my husband alone" I said being brave then the guy slapped me very hard and got me on the couch "Matt don't worry about me, get Evann and get out of here!" I yelled and I heard foot steps running.

"Don't you dare touch Evann, Matthew! George don't worry about the girl get him" Charly said and the George guy wanted to beat up Matt. I saw Evann come out of the kitchen "why is George trying to hit daddy? Mummy why are you doing this?" He asked and I went to run to get Evann. Charly got in front of him I grabbed her by the hair then kneed her in the face and got Evann and went to his room changing him quickly and getting his already packed suit case. He got the picture I gave him and ran out to the living room.

"Mattie I'll meet you in the car" I said and he tossed me his keys and his phone. "Come on Evann, we'll take you to school" I said running out of the building and went to the car, I put Evann in the back seat with his seat belt on, starting the car, putting on my seat belt and locking it until Matt came.

I saw him running out of the building and I put the car in drive, Matt got in and I drove off "I got Evann ready for school, I got all his things. I can't believe this happened. Evann I'm sorry you had to see that. Now honey we are going to take you to school okay and we'll pick you up" I said and Evann nodded. Thank you for picking me up, I kind didnt want to stay with mum and her new boyfriend" he said and Matt gave me directions to the school.

Later that day

Matt and I picked up Evann, we went home so he can change then go to visit Enid. We entered the house "yo man, you brought Evann" Padge said smiling and hugging Evann and me. He went back to Abigail holding her hand and we went to go inside to see Enid.

After she fell asleep happily, Matt and I decided to go home since Evann needs to do homework. I saw Abigail and Padge laughing really hard, they look so cute together "hey we're taking off Evann has to do homework and then go to school in the morning. We'll see you tomorrow" I said and she hugged me. "Thank you and of course, is it alright if I stop by tomorrow, I have to tell you some news" she said smiling and I was confused.

"That's fine, Matt and I have to get up anyway to take Evann to school and come back, he told me that they have a meeting for the next tour" I explained. She nodded and Padge hugged us "alright yeah, Padge told me and I'm joining them, hopefully you are too" she said and I smiled. "Of course, now we better go, love you guys" I said and we left. I wonder what news Abigail has for us.
