Mavis' POV

I woke up and phoned my mom

M: Hello?

Mav: mom hi, um I'm coming home. Things didn't end up well here in Wales. Do you think if I stay for a little in the house and then move. Will that be okay with you?

M: yes of course, what are your plans?

Mav: I am going home resting then I am going to go visit Eva at Texas Tech and then if Kellen and I get back together I will move to California with him. This will be in a month or two maximum.

M: Alright, be careful. I'll be here when you arrive. I love you.

Mav: I love you too.

I finished putting my boxes in my car and I went inside the house to see if I was missing anything and I looked on the living room coffee table. A small box with a big stone and keys.

'Today was the day I was going to aak you to marry me. Now that you're leaving and accused me of cheating. I'm sorry but I did slip into temptation once. I'm sorry I really hope you can forgive me one day. You can keep the ring.' -Matthew

I then read the other note with the keys read.

'I had just bought our first house. You could keep the keys just in case you need an escape. Or get back together. Oh who am I kidding we are never getting back together.' -Matthew

I cried. Did he really do this for me? Even if he cheated I knew he still loved me. I got a note saying 'thank you Matt, I am sorry this is happening but now I know you will still love me no matter what. Stay you and never change' -Mavis. I got the things he left me and I left locking the house. Goodbye Wales. Now Ohio here I come again.

Matt's POV

I got home and the house was dark and empty. I went told Mavis' flat to see if she was there. No, she wasn't and her stuff was gone. I went back to my house. No, her stuff was completely gone and her car and just everything. I am such a screw up.

I went to the living room I saw her note 'thank you Matt, I am sorry this is happening but now I know you will still love me no matter what. Stay you and never change' -Mavis. I cried. No this can't be happening, I lost her forever just because I gave into temptation once. Damn it. Just because Charly and I started seeing each other as friends and helping me get the new house. I saw Evann and I had to tell him what Mavis had told me to tell him.

I saw she took off our anniversary from her bios and changed her username, but still kept the pictures. She posted one where it said 'home bound?' I wonder where she is headed to. I of course was forced to do the same thing. I cried and that night, I just cried and played on her guitar. She didn't take it. I swear I cried so much that I fell into darkness.
