Chapter. 3

"What's up" Andrea said brightly on sighting Ashley, fellow head cheerleader and breathtaking bestie ,her red hair, just like hers was held up in a smooth long ponytail. She did not look happy.

"What's up? What's up is the wrong cheerleader who just landed in a hot mess .You're supposed to be up for trouble Andrea" Ashley Snow wasn't smiling.

"I know,I'm sorry I got a bit carried away"
Ashley rolled her eyes .Cyrus of course, she already knew.

"Just look at me ,I've been here twenty minutes and I'm freaking melting over .Ashley Exclaimed.
Andrea could barely see a bead of sweat on her face.

" And I don't like to sweat ,its simply disgusting"Ashley said calmly trying to control herself

"Water" Andrea yelled at nobody in particular, then she faced the juniors in the squad .
Somebody get your captain water ,quick"

Ashley plopped down on the grass arms back ."Take it from the top,let Andrea tell us what she thinks"she commanded and watched them,tumble and hurry to form Ashley's impeccable formation .All except themselves who played things as cool as possible .Andrea scanned the squad .where was Katherine?

"I don't see Kat" She said quietly.

"Oh she's at the edge of the pitch. Way over there"

"I guess we all know why " Andrea said following Ashley's gaze .There stood Kat and her tall handsome hottie Miles Fraizer .the captain of the soccer team. They were totally oblivious of their surroundings,clearly wrapped up in each other .Typical kat tossing her platinum hair all over the place .Their love story was a different ball game all together and how they met was more than hilarious .They literally crashed into each other .Miles chasing after the ball and Kat who had lost her footing at the top of the pyramid.He was on time though ,else Kat would would have broken a leg or something .
She turned back to the cheerleaders,"Ashley had really outdone it this time "she thought to herself.
Gabriella Castello stood at the top of the ensemble gleaming.
She was just perfect for it.

"C'mon Valerie, let's make sense outta all this" Chris Jumal begged .His girlfriend since tenth grade had just decided that enough was definitely enough .She wanted out.

"Two years together, have you learnt nothing? My mind is already made up" Valerie Kapoor shot back.

"I need you is exactly what I've learnt ,can't you see that,Valerie you are mine .You told me that" Chris pleaded .The blue eyed handsome boy looked like a three year old who desperately wanted some candy .But Valerie didn't see it .

"You can't be missing dates,ignoring my calls and making googoo eyes at that African kid and tell me how much you need me .Its not gonna happen Christian! O boy it was even Chris anymore. He was loosing her and loosing her fast.

" Mona and I are just lab partners nothing more "
Valerie flipped her long black hair back,her black Indian eyes clouded with tears that she didn't let drop.

"Lab partners,Cafeteria partners, cafeteria partners, maybe even bed partners! She yelled ." I've put so much into this relationship but you don't even see it ,I'm tired ,I'm done"
Chris ruffled his hair .
They stood ,arguing in a deserted classroom ."you're right maybe you've put in so much.you just want to throw it away .There's nothing going on between Mona and I "He yelled .He was going to loose his mind without her .

Valerie looked him squarely in the face " to hell with us"Her tanned smooth skin had gone cold ."I won't be needing this "she said through gritted teeth as she removed a glittery diamond chain bracelet from her wrist.Chris had given it to her on her seventeenth birthday.

" Roma ,wait"Chris yelled "Don't ever call me that .Not in your life Christian, I'm dead to you" Her voice was choked up.
A loud bang signaled her leave .Chris sunk into a chair defeated.
