Kurona and Nashiro turn to say their farewell before going out the door. Their glasses on and hair comb into a sideway style. Just parted side way in opposite direction of each other. A black and a white summer dress.

It feel a bit out of their taste. But they had once wore it when they're 16. Surprisingly, they never wore it until now. Maybe because, they love their papa too much. So most of their years since Dr. Kanou become family to them was spent in doing work for their papa.

"Traveling by a car on the edge of the city..." Nashiro read off the paper note she's holding onto. It was given by their papa before they left the front door. And now, the two are just opening the note to see where exactly are they suppose to be going to get to the new place. But all they gotten into understanding is a few words from a sentence. Their papa... as much as they loved him... can be a sloppy writer.

Kurona nod and they ran across the streets of the night. Nashiro and Kurona were careful on not making eye contact with the people they ran by. It was in fear that they will be seen as suspicious, at this hour of the day. A ghoul eye tend to shone brighter than any normal human eyes. That wasn't the end of the problems, with or without glasses or mask.

If it wasn't for that Kanou, they wouldn't have to rush. He had called the driver a hour ago to come pick them up. Not that the twin don't understand his possible urgent need to protect them by sending them off. The driver is probably near the edge of the city by now. Making matters worse, they had left their home or lab not that long ago.

The twin ran faster through the streets. And at some point, they were force to stop to wait for a light to turn green. They ran past a coffee shop that the two stay clear off. It was where the Eye- patch resides with the other ghouls. Nothing but cowards, hiding among their prey for shelter. Wasn't it easier to see that something like that just wasn't possible.

Nashiro and Kurona ran pass the neighboring streets of the coffee shop. The two had also ran down a dark street with no lights. That wasn't the place a girl would prefer to go into at night. Being that ghouls roam the unknown of the streets where they knew escape and concealment were easy to grasp. To take it into their favor.

A few people had even attempt to stop the two sisters from entering. Kurona came up with a excuse that their home was on the other side of it. The people had buy it, with nothing more than doubtful glance in their eyes. And two that were especially hard to shake off, saying that they worry for the two.

Nonetheless they would have to pass. It took them a whole 30 minutes to finally get near the edge of the city. Thanks to the persistent people delaying them.

*huff* *huff*

"There!" Kurona shout out and Nashiro look up.

In the distance of a stop sign was a black car. It parked waiting for the two to arrive. The two sisters pick up the suitcase that were pack by Kurona. They sprinted toward the direction of the car with their suitcase silently.

"Hello miss, I'm driver Harota. I'm sent by Dr. Kanou to pick you two ladies up." He introduced and open the car seat for them.

"Papa? We know. He told us that you're picking us up." Kurona answer him. Not a single emotion is shown on her and Nashiro's face.

It's not like he could see their eyes anyway. Kurona look sideway at her sister and she too look.

The driver ask for their suitcases. Nashiro and Kurona refuse at first to what he meant. But after he said the reason, the two blush. They can't believe that all they worry is that he'll open them to see their girl outfits, like a pervert.

Kurona got into the car and Nashiro after her. The seat inside were surprisingly soft and comfortable and the two were empty of anymore suspicion that they may have. After the driver load their suitcases into the back of the car trunk, he sat himself into the front seat.
